I would have broken my TV if Darnell had picked Lisa or Luke to join him in heaven.
If ever two devils needed a visit to Hell it is Lisa and Luke - I wasn't happy with him bringing the sly-fox Dale to Heaven either, he should have, imo, picked Belinda over him.
Anyway, it will be fun watching Bex and Luke continue their farch of a romance in Hell.

Darnell is an idiot, choosing the two biggest fakes for the heaven side.

I think people had to volunteer and more than 3 volunteered (I know Lisa volunteered initially), so then some of them stood down - don't know if the others voted on it or not.

Day 39

The housemates have an epiphany...

A couple of hours ago Darnell was elected Head of House, and the housemates were in a celebratory mood. Little did they know the twist Big Brother had in store for them...

The housemates were sitting in the corner of the Task Room, which was covered in the remnants of Rebecca and Mohamed's food, when Big Brother asked them to gather around the table. The food-fighters didn't mind too much, but the housemates who hadn't been involved weren't too happy about sitting on the mucky chairs.

"Ew, this is gross!" whinged Sara, while Michael sat down only to discover his chair was covered in milk.

"Darnell, on the red cushion is an envelope containing instructions," announced Big Brother. "As Head of House, you must instruct one housemate to take the envelope, open it, and read the instructions aloud to the group."

Darnell gave this job to Rex, who begrudgingly opened the sticky envelope. "What is it covered in?" he demanded, before going wide-eyed as he read the instructions.

"Oh my God...Head of House: with great power comes great responsibility. The Big Brother House has been divided into Heaven and Hell. Head of House, your first duty is to choose six housemates to live in Heaven with you. The rest of the housemates will GO TO HELL!" concluded Rex dramatically.

Most of the housemates cheered and laughed, while Luke turned to Michael and said quietly, "Welcome to B-block, Mikey."

Rex continued with Big Brother's instructions. "Only Heavenly housemates will have access to the Luxury Bedroom and Bathroom. Only Heavenly housemates will be permitted to exchange or reap the benefits of tokens. Only housemates from Hell will have access to the other Bedroom and the shower in the Garden."

There was a gasp from the group. Rex then explained that the housemates from Hell will be required to prepare all meals and drinks for the heavenly housemates, who will not have access to the Kitchen.

As the news sank in, Belinda turned to Darnell. "I told you! I said you'd have to make some nasty choices."

"Oh, this is not a nasty choice," replied Darnell immediately. "This is straightforward."

And with no further ado, the Head of House chose Dale, Rex, Mohamed, Kathreya, Rachel and Maysoon to join him in Heaven.

"We're in Hell!" shrieked Rebecca.

Rebecca, you ain't seen nothing yet...

The new HMs in B Block have tried to think of a new name for it, I might suggest B Bitch Block.

I know it's supposed to be Hell, but it can be taken too far.

OH yes! I was wondering what the results would be! Brilliant! I am SO glad that Darnell was made head of house - this is gonna make things SO interesting! For once the minority will get the luxuries and more of a say, and the bitchy people will have to suffer - this is gonna be brilliant! Rebecca is gonna cause a lot of trouble, I reckon!

Of course, all Darnell has managed to do is make absolutely sure that one of his yawnsome friends is up next week. A smarter person would have included some of his "enemies" in the heaven crowd, to split them up and to get them "on side". As it is, he's left them all together to build up loads and loads of resentment and thus ensure all his friends are targetted in the upcoming noms.

Good work Darnell. We might get rid of Cookiefake, Foreheadfake, Selfishbastard and Bigheadedwanker yet!

Darnell's housemate choices were quite predictable.

But he did make an embarrassing mistake on Friday after Mario's eviction(who he nominated along with Rebecca).

Darnell didn't have the intelligence to realise that Rebecca & Mario might have been both disliked by the public - he became obsessed with the thought that Rebecca was saved because she was 'liked' by the public, hence he wasn't.
Very stupid.

Darnell needs to redress this stupidy during the Heaven & Hell task to get my respect.

He probably will do - but Lisa is looming as my second favourite.
As long as she ignores Endemol's performing 'comical' monkey, Luke.

I agree with you about Darnell getting it wrong about Rebecca. I await with interest to see how it pans out. I am also very interested to see what happens with Lisa now that Mario has gone. It might have been a good idea to let her into the Heaven side instead of someone like Maysoon. I think Lisa would secretly like to be "in" with the Rex mob. But now she's busy bonding further with Mikey, Bex and Luke. It does irritate me how the producers give Luke so much air time. He says nothing new, and bores me most of the time.

The housemate has a good moan about Mohamed and the Heavenlies...

The concept behind friction is that when two things rub up against one another, heat is created. And the heat generated between Heaven and Hell seems to be concentrated under Luke's collar...

Having cleaned the House from top to bottom, the housemates from Hell were taking a well-earned break and reflecting on their neighbours.

"Heaven do not give a monkey's about fairness," said Luke icily. "They're blinded by greed. Darnell's just said he wants a second week in office and he wouldn't change a thing," he added, barely able to believe his own words.

"I think it's designed to wind people up," said Lisa. "How are they gonna look? We've been so spirited this week... I think we deserve a chance in Heaven. We've looked after them very well and I think they should do the same for us."

But Luke was in no doubt about Heaven's morals. "I've met greed," he said, biting down decisively on a custard cream. "I've stared in the face of greed. And its name was Mohamed."

Stuart's feeling the pinch in Hell...

This afternoon Stuart was on the verge of having a tantrum, but luckily Luke was nearby to talk him down.

"I actually couldn't take another week in here," said Stuart looking thoroughly fed up.

"We've been to Hell and back!" shouted Luke.

"Actually," Belinda reminded him, "just Hell and staying in Hell."

And then Stuart's bottom lip started to quiver. "I want some treats," he sighed. "I wouldn't mind being here if I had chocolate and stuff."

"You know what I think," said Luke stepping in to save the day, "let's say we are in Hell for another week, they'll give us a treat eventually, or we'll stop doing the tasks."

It sounds like a plan Luke... sort of.
