O.K..... I guess this will have many of you , but before the 'open season' on Davina starts, I would like to say that actually, I'm glad it's her face that we will see at the kick-off of the new series.

Having thought about it, it just wouldn't be the same if someone else was to utter those first few words (whatever they will be).

Today, I finally read a feature on Davina, which appeared in the Times magazine of 11th Feb this year. And I liked what I read....I know, I'm an eejit, etc...

Now I'll run and hide....

Yea i can put up witrh Davina ... its the darn 30 min to an hour break between show 1 and show 2 on a friday night that winds me up the most, where they inflict pap shows like invasion on us..

Thou a major problem with Davina could be overcome, if she just bliming well watched her own show rather than going by what shes shown in the way of highlights etc but then i would have D any day over Dermot

I agree with GG and Blags, no-one else could carry it off.
We all scream about her interviews but she only does as she is told by the 'Duty Rupert' who seems to spend most of the show screaming insults into her earpiece.

I think she is a good presenter too, the interviews were the only thing I actually liked about last year's BB Well, other than a couple of the people (or just Eugene maybe ) but anyway.

Like has been said, it would be very weird not having her presenting it.

I am a big fan of Davina, I think people should just leave her alone plus without Davina and Dermot it wouldn't be BB.

she gets right up my nose. All that stupid face pulling, and she is a weak interviewer. Sorry.

Well the only thing that I am sorry about is that she is on tv at all.

shouty madam who gives us nothing, just screams "I'm so excited" a lot, then can't be bothered to watch the show, which shows her excitement is limited to her pay packet.

Interviews good, umm how, but they don't remotely correspond to whats going on in the show

Would be better without her, the ratings for "davina" show this but Endemol are too gutless to axe her

But you hit it on the nose before Rincy .. shes lost the enthusiasim for the show and so obviously dosent watch it .... if she got that back ...

she would still pull stupid faces and squeal a lot

Though maybe we should put all of this on a Davina Unappreciation Thread.

Oh, she was a good presenter of the show until about bb4, and Dernot was after his first two until the same time, but they both are rank now, and getting worse every time
