6 May 2006 Mirror By Cameron Robertson THE Big Brother house will be swept for bugging devices over fears of a betting scam on the reality show which starts on May 18. Channel 4 bosses believe syndicates could try to find out eviction phone results a day before they are made public and called in surveillance experts. Last year, the Mirror exposed how a gang had made £100,000 on shows, including The X Factor. An insider at Elstree studios said: "We will protect the integrity of the show whatever it takes." |
