Cross-dressing Peter Stephenson is affected by the syndrome which causes him to swear and thump himself.
But pals have told how he is so good looking he is nicknamed ‘Perfect Pete’ — and how he likes to whip out his manhood to chums.
They also claim Pete — in his early 20s — likes to attend “fetish mansion parties” where he enjoys being spanked and whipped.
One friend said: “Pete is very well endowed and being the lead singer in a local rock band he wears very tight leather trousers which just show it all off.
“When asked, and if he's had a few pints, he will get his willy out. It’s the biggest I’ve ever seen — at least 11 inches long. People will definitely be aware of it!”
Speaking of his fondness for kinky sex, the pal added: “It’s nothing too serious, he just enjoys being spanked and whipped. He’s not into orgies, he just likes a laugh.”
Peter — who performs with his Brighton-based band Daddy Fantastic in a white wig — leaves people confused about his sexuality.
But despite wearing fishnet tops and leather hot pants, pals insist he is straight.
And they say he WON’T sleep with other housemates.
One said: “That’s not what he’s about. He wanted to go on the show because he’s got a lot of excess energy.”
Peter, of Brighton, was diagnosed with Tourette’s as a 14-year-old.
Sufferers can be affected by muscular twitches, involuntary noises and swearing.
A Tourette Syndrome Association spokeswoman said: “Sufferers should be laughed with, not at. We hope Big Brother will help viewers understand TS and be supportive. We hope Pete wins.”
Big Brother chiefs have hinted that a Tourette’s sufferer will be on the show.
They whisked Peter away last week with 50 other potential housemates ahead of the new series, starting at 9pm tomorrow on Channel 4.
Yesterday his band’s guitarist Wobbly Bob accused him of letting the group down, after saying he was visiting a sick relative in France.
Peter’s girlfriend Gemma, who performs pole dances as part of the band’s act, was also absent from the line-up.
Wobbly Bob said: “I’d be very disappointed to see him on the show. I don’t want our band associated with it.”
