Just so you know, there are many threads that have already been started on the topics you are covering (such as this one HERE on evictions) and with too many on one subject it can get confusing for other forum members etc. It's probably easier to reply to other threads and have conversations with other members - but of course feel free to start one if there isn't a thread for what you want to discuss. ()^
