Ok. I know the HMs in years gone by have all sworn blah blah and that the first couple of weeks are the worst as there are so many in there etc etc.

BUT... MY Goodness .. I have watched it today and theres lirtaly no sound for hours on end... at one point its did comeback in tem to hear Grace say "But" then went off again.

Also last night between 2 and 3 the editors switched off sound and vision.

I detect budget cuts in the cameras that ae being manned, plus the actual coverage of the house is awful this year. And I suspect that the compliance team are just giving up on trying to air any sound as the HMs like lisa use F@@@ every other word when she speaks.

It is so so stuoid of them not to discourage foul language and get their show back. but then as usual they blindly only really cater for the highlights show and once they have that days footage the HMs can go hang as far as they are concerned...

Just so frustrating ... ah well I have no live feed after r4 switches to the nine millionth repeat of Friends so why should O care. when does Celebrity Love Island start

Good points Blags and Pikey.

This is why, when I am in, I can never be bothered with the live coverage.

It was annoying last year when I finally got E4 to see that, actually, by only watching the highlights shows and a little of the late night Ch.4 coverage, I hadn't actually missed ANYTHING all those years! People kept telling me how great it was to watch BB at any time.

And when I did finally see it, there was no fugging sound! And you couldn't even see what they were doing because they would cut to the garden and play Roger Eno's (Brian's brother) "Ambient 12: Music for Trainspotters".

DULL! DULL! DULL!

It really makes you appreciate the whole BB experiment, it's not the contestants who are the lab rats, it's US, wasting even ten minutes watching NOTHING happening on the Telly!

Oh for the days of the End of Transmission Test Cards on telly! They were more dynamic!

The lack of sound drives me NUTS!!!!!  :8o: :8o: :8o: :8o:

We all KNOW they swear but they also dip the sound when they talk about anything interesting- It's as bad late at night as it is in the day so it's nothing to do with rugrats watching - I just don't get why they do it so often :8o:

Last night on one of the 'What's happening at the moment' threads they were checking the train schedules and late flight timetables and that was on the "I paid a fortune for this trash" links.

One poster was trying to 'Name That Bird' at 02:00 hrs.

CHANNEL 4, WHAT THE H*LL ARE YOU PLAYING AT ?????

Using the excuse that all the compliance team are seeking mental help means nothing. There are plenty of students seeking 'Work Experience'
