Girls on Top The girls were showing a touch of solidarity tonight as Nikki, Grace, Imogen and Lisa sat in the bedroom gossiping about the boys. It was all good stuff though, particularly from Grace who was cooing about how much she enjoyed hugs and affection. "All the boys in here are so caring", chimed in Imogen. "It's so exciting", squeaked Nikki. And Grace agreed, saying "they're lucky to get one romance in here, but four?" referring to the pairings of herself and Mikey, Lisa and Pete, Imogen and Sezer and the apparent potential George and Nikki. She then launched into an impersonation of her current favourite Mikey: "I like bed times, they're exciting" We're not sure her Scouse accent was that convincing though... But the talk soon turned to suspicion as they became convinced that Big Brother was about to send someone into the house to screw up the balance and how they all had to stick together. "Yeah, f****** right", shouted Lisa in her characteristically demure manner. Ch4

Deprived by choice? It was fast approaching the early hours and most of the housemates were in the bedroom getting ready for some shut-eye. And before you could say 'how's yer father', the conversation had turned to sex. Anyone would think they'd been in there for at least a month and it's barely been a week. Nikki and Lea began by laying into Richard saying he was in a mood because he hadn't had sex for some time. "You look like a grumpy old woman", said Nikki, before Lea advised resorting to a manual operation, saying "You wouldn't be the first man to do it in here". Quite. Nikki then dropped into coversation with something far more clandestine, and fatherly Richard- a little too shocked for a self proclaimed sexual terrorist- retorted, "Go and wash your mouth out with soap." Lea carried on the conversation by suggesting that all the men would be marauding all over the place, before joking with Richard "I can see the headlines in the papers tomorrow", she said, "Single mum who hasn't had sex in a year, harasses *****." As the others left the room Richard and Lea continued to giggle and she playfully jumped on his bed. Well, perhaps it won't be all over the tabloids, but it made our news column...Ch4

A Romance Thwarted and a Romance Planted George was in bed with Nikki this evening and he began to tell her a story about a childhood accident, the story was so interesting that it had Nikki snoring in minutes. He then snuggled in with Pete and Lisa as Pete joked "Tell us a story, I need to get to sleep". Soon after with no-one to cuddle, George was still restless and moved on to join Sezer and Imogen in the living room. Here, we learnt it could be the end of the line for a romance between George and Nikki after he confessed to the loved-up pair that he didn't really fancy her. He'd initially had his eye on Grace, but she was more interested in Mikey. "In the end, some hot girl could some into the house and you could really fancy her", consoled Sezer. But George wasn't having any of it, revealing there was no-one in the house that he'd want to take things further with. Ch4

Trivial Pursuits It seems like some of the housemates may live the high life outside of the house with both Sezer and George admitting they'd spent over a hundred pounds on trainers. And just when we thought the conversation was about to start name dropping the latest labels to wear, George asked "did you ever have the wellies with the frog eyes". Hmm... George was obviously keen to tell of his global travel exploits too, changing the subject to talk about the time he went to a big theme park in America "The place had loads of different areas -- I even went swimming with dolphins", he said. "I want to do that too", said Imogen, not wanting to feel left out. And then the conversation turned to skiing. "When you're skiing on snow you lean forward and when you're on water you lean back", said George knowledgeably, "but skiing's so expensive". "Yeah", echoed Sezer, "it's probably the most expensive holiday". Sezer then asked Imogen if she had ever been when she said she hadn't he replied "Oh, I've got to teach you to ski", hinting at their long term prospects. And then the boys started talking about how many times they'd been water skiing. Boys and their toys -- no wonder Imogen went to bed...Ch4

Aaah, just when I was beginning to give George the benefit of the doubt, and like the lad, he goes and spoils it all by opening his mouth.
