Darnell certainly made his first big mistake on Thursday's edit - 17/07/08 - showing Wednesday's events.
Darnell is 'head' of house, which is only a nominal title within a Channel 4 TV programme called Big Brother 9 - but Darnell seemed to think it was clever to 'order' Sarah to cook him a rice meal.
Sarah played the game because of the situation she was in but Darnell ridiculed her when she gave him his plate of food.
Bad move.
First of all, Darnell made himself look pathetic for thinking being 'leader' meant anything on a trivial reality TV show, hence he thought he could order adults to do things; secondly, Sara who obviously has experience & awareness in the real world, cooked the meal, took abuse from Darnell when she gave it to him, but dealt with Darnell's behaviour after in an adult & intelligent way.
Rex was surprised that Darnell acted so childishly.
Maybe Darnell is a bit aggrieved that Sara for all her flirting shows no interest in him; maybe Darnell is incredibly insecure & weak??
I hope Darnell makes a proper apology to Sara for his disgraceful behaviour.
And let's face it, he picked on Sara but would never have picked on Stuart. If Darnell was genuine & brave he would have asked Stuart to cook the meal - but he didn't.
I hate cowards - Darnell has lost a lot of respect for that.
No wonder his head was in his hands when no-one on Heaven or Hell thought what he did was funny.
Darnell is going to have to do some serious damage limitation - which includes a public apology to Sarah in the house.
