Hey kids!

Here's a thought for your brain boxes...

Dale and Luke were nominated by the House and duly put forward for the public vote.

Also; Darnell, Kathreya, Maysoon, Mohamed, Rachael, Rex and Stuart are deemed to have broken the rules concerning the discussion of nominations and are put forward to face the public vote too.

With me so far? Good ;)

Okay then, riddle me this... are we to believe that the House's two biggest serial nomination talkers haven't commited any breach of Big Brother's most fundimental rule? Or are Dale and Luke simply being let off?

Think about it... what punishment are they actually receiving? They were both up for eviction anyway, if anything, putting foward another 7 HMs is merely diluting their chances of being evicted. In a way, they are being let off and might well actually end up being rewarded for breaking the same rules that the others are being punished for.

Hands up if you think that's fair?

Its insane, utter nonsense... I can't believe they've not considered this before acting. I have a feeling BB will have to rethink their plans.

Who cares about fair. This twist is much more entertaining, and this IS an entertainment show. I don't want a dull, "fair" show, I want to laugh at the housemates, cry with them, be gobsmacked by their behaviour. "Fair" is for the playground, not BB.

And anyway, you were arguing the other week that just the HINT of possibly being up for eviction was punishment enough for Kat and Mo, so actually being up for eviction must be much worse in your book. Unless, of course, you're not being "fair" yourself {@}

Indeed, the irony is that the two up for the kick now have extra chance they will stay, especially if its a '2 save' vote.

I did read elsewhere one idea that -if its a double kick, one of them should at least go, and then one other. Or that both will definitely be up again next week.

In any case...the conspirisists have plenty of reason to whine about this.

Calrissian: breakfast time.

One of the two and one of the seven being evicted would shake them up a bit.

Of course I'm being fair ${

Did you not read what I wrote Bunny? I'm talking about the fair application of the rules/punishments to EVERYBODY in the House. As it is, Dale and Luke are NOT being punished because they were already going to face the public vote (we're not discussing the others here).

So when are Dale and Luke going to receive their penalty?

Are BB going to put them up again next week (assuming one or both survive this week) or are they going to be let off and allowed an unfair advantage in this eviction?

You want them DOUBLE punished? What on earth for? Were they involved in noms talk? When?

Why am I finding myself repeating what I already wrote in my original post Bunny?

You're right its NOT clear that Dale or Luke were involved in the nomination talk... but I'd find that difficult to believe of the two worst recent serial offenders? But yes, another muck up by BB, no one knows who, what, where or when yet and 24 hours later and there's not a single example published on the Official website (which is a serious concern incidentally).

As for double punishment... (read this slowly so it sinks in this time) Dale and Luke were both nominated anyway. They would have faced the public vote even if NO ONE had broken the rules. Therefore, they are clearly receiving NO PUNISHMENT, not double but none at all.

So yes, if they're found to have broken the rules like the others have, then Dale and Luke (if they survive eviction) should receive the EXACT same penalty. They should both face eviction next week (or whatever week they haven't otherwise been nominated) just like their co-conspirators have suffered this week.

Not only would that be fair (in the eyes of the many) but you Bunny will be able to marvel at the most wonderous entertainment too - a win win for all wouldn't you agree?

How about a TREBLE EVICTION ...... all hell would break loose, Davina would wet herself (and get a BONUS) and the crowds would be brilliant :roll:

So basically John, you want Dale and Luke punished because they *might* have been involved in noms talk, although clearly BB has identified those who actually were.

So much for "fairness" :roll:

Another repeat for the hard of understanding...

I said "if they're found to have broken the rules like the others have".

Then yes, they should receive the same punishment.

But they haven't been found to be in breach of rules, quite clearly, so you're just wishin' on a star m'love. :)

you two are arguing over apples and pears

if Dale and Luke hadn't been up for eviction, I'm guessing (perhaps stupidly) that they would have been found guilty this week too and put up

because they were already up (a form of punishment that every HMs faces each week) BB decided not to punish them this way

there is still the chance that another form of punishment will be metered out (say no nomination rights next week)

Well the verdict is in and they are BOTH clearly guilty.

So the original question stands... when do they receive their punishment?

I must say I agree with John on this one. The bottom line is Big Brother have twisted it yet again to their favourites.
