We're not sure the new task is going to go down well... In honour of the Olympics that are going on over in China at the moment (what do you mean, you didn't notice?), this week's BB shopping task has been ingeniously named "The Big Brother Games". See what they did there? Anyhoo, there's going to be no rest for the Mo, as the housemates will not only have to perform an opening ceremony, but also train for a number of different events that will take place tomorrow. Mikey, as the new Head of House, has been appointed as Head Coach – God, not more excuses for him to boss people around and generally be annoying – and will have to "motivate" the other housemates as they train. Hmmm, because he was so good at motivating them during the hair-cutting task, wasn't he? Later today, the housemates must complete the opening ceremony to their Games, and this must consist of a performance created by the group. The official BB rules state, "The ceremony must be organised by the Head of House and be written and choreographed by housemates, under the leadership of Head of House. All housemates are permitted to suggest ideas regarding the opening ceremony performance to the Head of House, but the Head of House must decide what form the ceremony takes. Housemates must perform their routine to music provided by Big Brother. The performance may take any form of original visual or dramatic art that housemates decide on, as long as it is fitting for the occasion." Visual or dramatic art? Cripes! We can only imagine what that will entail. The HMs will also have to run round a track in the garden with a flag, before starting their circuit training. Oh dear, we sense much moaning (from Mo) and much OTT excitement (from Rachel). Do you think the housemates have it in them to get gold medals in the Big Brother Games, or are they going to fall at the first hurdle? Ooh, and while we're here chatting about BB – what do you all think of Mikey being Head of House?
