*I managed to find an update on Jessica (I think her name is) just a few weeks ago.

After being taken away from her incompetent mother, the 7yr old child has lost around 75% of her 400lb+weight, and is having cosmetic surgery to sort out related aspects.

She is back with her mother now, and seemingly still alright.
