Christmas shoppers will be treated to some festive cheer in Preston after all. The full celebrity line-up is still to be announced but will include appearances by the cast of this year's pantomime, including ex-Blue Peter presenter Tim Vincent, plus Big Brother Nine star Stephanie McMichael and Rock FM's breakfast show team.
