And now Chanelle Hayes has demonstrated just how much she has managed to shed by posing next to a cardboard cut-out of her larger former self.



The former Big Brother star, who has slimmed down from a size 16 to a size eight, showcased her trim and toned body in the new images at a photocall for slimming plan TrimSecrets in London.
