Found this article, then it vanished again...?

As the new batch of HM’s are being swept away, before entering the Big Brother 11 House on Thursday June 10th, we got a quick interview with 78 year old Sofia. Originally from Naples in Italy, she’s lived in the UK since 1948. Her family came here at the end of the war when she was a teenager. She had a whirlwind marriage to Joe, and they celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary in April. Sadly, she was unable to have children after an accident with a bicycle saddle on her honeymoon. Sofia tells us that she is looking forward to her time in the house. She was warned that older people tend to want to leave early but says she is no quitter. She tells us that she has packed three quite racey bikinis but would much rather be totally naked as she is a keen naturist. Her favourite meal is baked beans with marmite and she loves drinking authentic scrumpy

I've changed the thread name to include the 'rumours' tag. The story of Sofia may just be someone testing their system and making sure bio's appear in the correct place, when the time comes.

Another rumour is that there are no HM's under the age of 35 this time. BB want to play it ultra safe without younger, inexperienced, people being influenced in the way they may have been in the past. The Celeb version of BB was with mainly older people, and ratings went up.

It's also suggested that BB may steer clear of obvious 'characters', to prevent an early prediction that such as person will win because they are different, as with Pete Bennett or Nadia Almada.

Are we about to see regular instalments of the Borehamwood Darby & Joan club ?

Although I'm 99% sure this won't happen (BB passing by the opportunity to have extra coverage in Nuts etc. seems improbable for one) it would be closer to avoiding what I and others have been saying for years - packing the house with teenagers with no life experience = a very tedious show.

Just before we start the 'guess the HM's names' thread - more rumours to suggest that this years bunch will all have familiar names, same as HM's from earlier series! Seems it wasn't easy to find look-a-likes of old HM's, but those with similar names are more likely to be in the house.

The merry go round is just a cardboard cutout, providing a bit of shade in a corner of the garden. Look carefully at the photo, there's only a part of the canopy there.

The pool is a bit on the small side, and slap-bang in the middle of the garden. Hope there are no sleepwalkers|!

Ho ho ho - one newspaper reports there are to be 100 housemates. Imagine Davina trying to introduce that many in one night! Of course, they could just bring in a couple of coach loads early, shove them in the compound where the audience normally go, and leave them to see who are the last 16 standing when they are told that's they way this series starts!

Some rumours are coming true - BB have not said 100 HM's, just 'more than can go in'.

I'll do some more digging over the weekend.
