Day 11
Housemates say YES!
9:29am
Housemates have been set their weekly shopping task. In order to win a luxury shopping budget, housemates must answer ‘Yes’ to questions that Big Brother puts to them. There is a locked safe in the living room which contains the number of times Big Brother is prepared to hear the word NO. The safe will open at the end of the task – if housemates exceed the number inside they’ll fail the task and receive a basic shopping delivery. Most of the housemates are in the living area. Mark has been called to the diary room and is asked if he likes to “live life in the buff.” Mark says “Yes”. Big Brother asks if he would like to be nude for the duration of the task and Mark replies “Yes” Big Brother provides him with a flesh coloured thong to hide his modesty. “What if the girls get too turned on?” he asks before leaving the diary room. Housemates applaud and cheer as Mark comes into the living area.
10:18am
The hot water and hair appliances have been off for three days as punishment for housemates damaging fixtures and fittings in the house. Louise and Aaron are in the bathroom. Tom is having a cold shower. Heaven is in the diary room talking to Big Brother about nominations. She speculates that Jay may have nominated her and hopes that it was not Rebeckah. “For her to nominate me I’d feel hurt, call me naïve but I don’t think she did.”
Rebeckah is in the shower while Aden talks to her. She asks him to pass a towel. He does so and Rebeckah giggles, suggesting he “sneaked a peak”. “I have respect for women,” he reassures her. Rebeckah comes out of the shower and shivers adding: “That was painful.”
11:13am
Big Brother has gathered housemates on the sofa to reveal the punishment for housemates damaging the fixtures and fittings is over. However, Big Brother then relays two conversations that happened in the early hours.At 1:12am and 1:14am Heaven, Harry and Anton discussed nominations which Big Brother recites to the housemates. Harry is said to have commented “God I voted for her twice,” referring to Rebeckah. Big Brother tells housemates that the hot water and hair appliances will be switched off until further notice. Rebeckah, Aden and Faye are visibly annoyed and walk of in to the bedroom. Rebeckah sits on the bed and Aden tries to kiss her. She smiles and he tells her: “I love you and respect you.” Anton comes into the bedroom and asks Rebeckah if she is “upset” with him. He claims that he did not say much during the rule break conversation. Rebeckah tells him: “I’m just upset, I trust you.” Aden bends down to her and Rebeckah giggles: “Stop kissing my face!”
11:35am
It’s been 22 minutes since housemates were informed of the rule break. Alex is in the diary room. Big Brother offers her the chance to have “a nice all year round tan” “I love it, I see myself as a golden goddess,” Alex beams. Alex is treated to a spray tan in the room to the left of the diary room. She emerges from the diary room and housemates are happy for her. Big Brother calls Alex to the diary room and housemates laugh as she heads off. They all speculate that she will have another tan. Harry tells housemates: “I love the way that (Alex) she thinks its cool!” Alex is in the diary room while in the living room, housemates cheer as the YES sign is illuminated. Alex is treated to four more spray tans having answered to Big Brother’s offer. When Alex finally emerges from the diary room housemates laugh hysterically. Louise comments: “You look like a burnt witch!” “It’s like I’ve jumped in a pool of s**t!” Alex snaps.
1:05pm
Earlier today, Big Brother provided housemates with cup cakes. Most of the housemates are in the living area. Alex is deliberating about eating one of the cakes. Maisy is in the diary room and Big Brother has offered her the chance to wear a full body suit complete with shock pads. Maisy says yes and changes into the suit. Big Brother asks her if she would like to receive a shock – Maisy reluctantly utters “yes” and proceeds to roll about on the floor. Maisy returns to the living area and housemate laugh. Big Brother asks Anton if he would like to shock Maisy and he says yes. Maisy receives a serious of shocks and Anton laughs: “This is the best day ever.”
1:41pm
Inspired by Alex, Rebeckah is applying fake tan to Tom in the small bathroom. They are talking about Aden and Rebeckah says how quickly you gravitate to people in the house. Tom comments: “I thought I fancied Mark,” when they were new to the house. “I fancied Mark too,” whispers Rebeckah. Aaron is eating at the dining table with Harry and tells him that he is saving his cup cake in the freezer for his son. Maisy walks over and tells him that she took a bite out of his cup cake. Aaron marches over to the fridge, sees that a piece of the cake is missing and marches out to the garden . Heaven tells her fellow housemates: “He’s missing his son, he’s allowed to feel like that.” Aaron returns to the house and heads to the bathroom. Maisy follows him and apologies for her actions: “I feel horrific, tell him a blonde bitch took it, I feel really bad.” Aaron continues to brush his teeth without really acknowledging her.
2:24pm
Some of the housemates are in the living room. Anton has been called to the diary room. Big Brother offers him the chance to wear to a shock suit and he agrees. Anton emerges from the diary room in a full orange body suit and housemates cheer. Maisy and Anton have a shock-fest and both roll around as Big Brother activates their suits. Rebeckah laughs at Anton and shouts: “He’s got a semi off it!”
4.40pm
Big Brother announces a task for Harry and asks if he would like still to become a “gay icon.” Harry says yes. Big Brother asks Harry if he will pose in his underwear for a leading gay magazine. Harry says: “No,” and Anton tries to persuade him saying: “It’s a massive opportunity.” “You’ve got to think about his business,” Faye comments.
5:16pm
Mark and Aaron are cooking chick peas and Mark tells him about Harry’s task. Aaron asks why Harry refused the task. Mark explains that what ever Harry does in the house “is in here,” but the magazine would be for the outside world.
8:43pm
Some of the housemates are in the garden. Rebeckah has been called into the diary room and tells housemates: “I’ll do it for the wolf pack,” then kisses Aden and leaves. Anton looks at Aden and comments: “Oh, it’s a lips ting (sic) is it?” Aden plays it cool and Anton continues: “You must have kissed with tongues by now?” Aden tells him that he and Rebeckah always kiss on the lips.
In the diary room, Big Brother presents Rebeckah with a “massive dilemma”. She must choose one housemate to lose all of their clothes and possessions until further notice. Rebeckah chooses Mark: “He has no level of embarrassment” she giggles. She finds it funny that he will assume he is being evicted.
While Rebeckah is in the diary room, Big Brother announces to the house for Mark to collect and then pack his suitcase. “You haven’t done anything dodgy have you?” Jay questions Mark. Rebeckah comes out of the diary room and asks Mark to come into the bedroom. She tells him that she had to choose one housemate to leave the house, and chose him. “What, to leave, I’m having such a good time.” Rebeckah laughs and tells him she was only joking, he’s not leaving and he will just lose his clothes. “I was gonna cry,” he confesses as they hug.
10:26pm
Heaven has gathered housemates on the sofa for a “group sharing” session. She encourages housemates to talk to people they haven’t fully bonded with. “We’ll be here all night,” Jay jokes. Heaven tells Faye that she thought she had “overwhelmed” her. “I’d love you to ask me anything you want to know about me.” Faye tells Heaven that she’s never felt overwhelmed by her and that she thinks she is a really nice person. Housemates talk over each other and the session tales off. Heaven tells housemates that it was their one time to bond and to “refocus.” Aaron comments that the living area is now the “misjudge room.” Heaven tries to get Rebeckah to talk but Rebeckah says she is okay.
11:43pm
Heaven and Faye are in the garden talking about what happened at the group session. Faye explains that she felt “bad” for making her feel that she was overwhelming. Heaven tells her that she understands and says that she felt that the house had stripped her of herself and she is now re-building herself.
Aaron and Louise are called to the diary room for their part in the yes task. Big Brother asks them if they would like a one night stand with each other. Aaron says yes, “She’d love it, “he adds. Louise also says yes and says: “This will be my first one.” Aaron says he will be gentle. Big Brother then informs them that they will have to stand back to back in the smoking area until further notice.
02:02am
Louise and Aaron have been standing back to back for 1 hour and 26 minutes.
Mark runs over and tells them that he made a car and put Tom to bed. Aaron jokes that he is angry with Louise so has turned his back on her. Mark says, in reference to him just wearing a thong – “it was funny but is now it’s just weird.” Alex is in the diary room complaining about her tan. “This isn’t natural or sun kissed, its s**t stained!” She says that her fellow housemates have “had it easy,” while she looks like “Hulk Barbie.”
Aaron and Louise are still in the garden taking part in their task. Aaron whispers that someone is “rubbing me up the wrong way.” He says the housemate is wearing orange. Louise guesses Anton. Aaron says that Anton talks like he thinks he is special: “If he’s a superstar what’s he doing in the Big Brother house? The way he goes on about women you’d think he was Russell Brand!” Aaron accuses Anton of being lazy and Louise says “he knows not to be rude to her” “I’d hate to get into a massive argument with him though.” “It’s going to happen,” warns Aaron.
