01:07 Marcus, Siavash and Freddie are now talking about sex and wondering what happens if they get out and find themselves unable to perform. At least Marcus knows his bits are still functioning, eh? In fact, I think he might be going to make sure right now.

00:50 Marcus says everyone in the house is basically boring, except them. "We're A-gamers. We do stuff that people want to watch."

A-gamers is what Marcus calls them, more like A-w**ker with a little bit of A t*ss*r thrown in. ::lol:: ::lol::

So...the housemates have been allowed to break the golden rule of not discussing nominations and that could only mean trouble. But guess who wasn't buying the rule change? David. He told everyone that wanted the old rule put back in place. Charlie reassured him that it was taken away to "teach a lesson".

In the Garden, Bea had a chat with Rodrigo and told him that she wanted to move beds to get away from Halfwit. She also said that she was annoyed with Marcus for nominating her.

Later, Bea made her way into the Diary Room and gave Big Brother a candid description on Marcus - describing him as an eight-year-old boy who prefers fantasy worlds to reality, reads too much science fiction and has a really high opinion of himself. She joked that he can only find friends on an internet chat forum. Hiss!

Elsewhere, Dogface and Charlie gossiped about Halfwit and said he had a vendetta against Lisa, as he told them earlier that he voted for her every single week.

And then... Halfwit and Bea had a right old barney! It started when Bea said that she was angry with how Halfwit had spoken to her and announced to him that she was moving beds to get away from his “negative aura”. Halfwit didn’t take the news well at all and sobbed uncontrollably in the Bedroom, until Saivash came in as a shoulder to cry on.

Rodrigo then decided to put his two-pence in and told Bea that Halfwit was upset and that she should talk to him. She tried but Halfwit told her that her voice was “giving him a headache”. And after a bit of a pep-talk from Marcus, Halfwit said that his crying was his "body reacting" to the situation.

Finally, after Big Brother called Halfwit to the Diary Room to try and cheer him up. Bea also paid BB a visit and said she couldn’t understand Halfwit's dramatics and that: “people are pin-pointing her as the bad one. She also said that she couldn’t believe the way that Halfwit had been acting with her.

Oh dear, this one is set to run and run.

"I'm Not Convulsing!"

After a couple of agro-filled days, Halfwit has woken up on the right side of the bed, and is brimming with positivity - so he says.

Coming to the Diary Room to have a catch-up with Big Brother, Halfwit revealed why he was in better spirits after last night's run-ins with Bea.

"My goal today is to not be put in a negative box," he began. "Any positivity you see from me is a rejection of any negative thoughts. Bea wants to be seen as a nice person, which is fair enough, but if that means dumping all of the negativity on someone else then, that's not so nice. I'm down with taking all those feelings and putting them in another compartment in my brain and we've got a Task today and hopefully that'll be fun and I'll get to do some singing. And I've given up smoking."

Looks like it's certainly a morning of change for Halfwit. But there was plenty more to come.

"Even though I can hear in her tone that she is still ****** off, she is being light-hearted but that's Okay. At least it means her voice is not causing my body to convulse." Halfwit shrugged, smiled and gave out a huge yawn.

"Is there anything else?" asked Big Brother.

Halfwit paused, his mind visibly racing.

"Erm..." he said, thinking a bit more. "I'll be interested to see if Bea says anything like sorry today. It would be kinda nice. I'm cynical that all that Siavash got through to her is that Bea is perceived as more negative than me. There are real emotions here, not just perceptions, but last night that was all she was concerned about. I am the kinda guy to just draw a line under it and not hold a grudge."

Let's see how long that lasts.

TASK: I Heart UK

In a bid to earn themselves some grub this week, the housemates must complete a shopping task that celebrates the United Kingdom in all it's red, white and blue glory. And this week, instead of having to pass the whole thing, each section of the Task passed successfully will win them cold, hard cash. If they pass a section of the Task they'll win eighty pounds towards the shopping budget, and if they fail they'll receive a mere twenty five pounds.

Two of the housemates will take part in a Task celebrating the annual ‘Bog Snorkelling competition’ that takes part in Wales. Every time the housemates hear the trigger song “We’ll Keep A Welcome In The Hillside” performed by The Treorchy Male voice Choir, they’ll have one minute to get to the start point of the bog in the Garden, put on goggles, flippers and a snorkel and then they must snorkel through the bog to the finish point.

One housemate must master the art of playing the Bagpipes. They will have today to practice their technique then perform one 30-second note with no breaks in sound, in order to pass their Task.

Three housemates will become jockeys and become experts in betting on the horses. Big Brother has selected a race upon which they must place a bet, and has provided a guide with information on all the form, odds, etc for the race. They will have a stake of forty punds, which they must split between them (in any denomination) and they must each place a bet on a different horse. Their minimum stake is one pound. All bets placed will be bets to win. If housemates backs a winner, they will keep any winnings (plus their stake) to go towards their shopping Budget. But if they fail they will not receive any money at all.

And for one section of the Task, Rodrigo, plus two housemates of his choice, must become accustomed to English etiquette. Rodrigo and his fellow housemates will receive details of their part of the Shopping Task tomorrow. If they pass this Challenge, they will receive eighty pounds towards the shopping budget. If they fail this Challenge, they will receive twenty five pounds towards the shopping budget.

Should be a Brit of alright...

Picture Imperfect

If you're a website regular, you'll be used to seeing the housemates heads revolving on a carousel at the top of the page. But the housemates have rarely had a chance to peruse the images that, to you, are so familiar.

Occasionally when a Task comes in, the housemates have caught a glimpse, and today Marcus got time to study his profile pic. And he wasn't happy about it.

"I'm ****** off again about that ******* picture. I can't believe how much it affects me," he said, stunned.

"It's not that bad," said Siavash.

"It's like there's a ball of sadness. I can't explain what it's like," said Marcus, visibly shaken.

"It's not that bad," smirked Siavash, desperately trying not to laugh.

"I looked at it quickly for two seconds and it's made me go like this," continued Marcus. "I honestly feel like crying, I really do. After all the things in this House, I've never thought about crying. But looking at that picture makes me wanna cry."

Trying to avert disaster, Siavash changed the subject. "I think the Task will be brilliant..." began Siavash, as Marcus kept staring at the picture, before interrupting him.

"I think I'm actually starting to cry a bit. It makes me so sad," he said. "I can't believe it everyone else's pictuire looks so nice."

"Mine's horrible, I'm not even smiling.," added Siavash.

"You don't look like a freak of nature like I do," concluded Marcus.

Maybe it's the way the eyes follow you around the room...

Lisa and Bea: Unholy Alliance?

After the past two days spent irking Halfwit, Bea has now got under Marcus' skin about the Task. After they both wanted to do the bog snorkelling the pair tossed for it, and Bea lost. She then asked Marcus if he 'really' wanted to do it. This annoyed Marcus even more and the two had a bit of a tussle of wills.

As is Bea's wont, she then went to vent to whoever was alone and nearest about how she was so upset by this and oddly that was her former nemesis, Lisa.

As the two cosied up with a roll-up at the bus stop, Bea chuntered about Marcus.

"They are picking an argument," said Lisa.

"It was only after I said I wanted to do [the Task] that Marcus said he wanted to do it. I said I'm going to put 100 per cent into being positive, please cut me some slack. And then he whinges on about his picture. I said 'you look in the picture how you look in real life'. If you don't like the way you look, change it."

Lisa started on a bag of crisps, as Bea went on.

"It doesn't matter how much I try, if they're looking they'll find it," said Bea. "I do feel like they're picking. They're doing what they've been accusing me of."

"Yeah I know," crunched Lisa, in her usual not-saying-much way. "Sometimes you just can't win."

"People can get you in a negative cycle," added Bea.

"You want to feel happy and just get on with it," said Lisa.

"I'm not gonna let it get me down," decided Bea.

"If you do people are winning," said Lisa, crunching away on her crisps.

"Marcus calling me negative. Talk about pot calling kettle," grumbled Bea.

"Just don't say anything about it," advised Lisa.

Now that's some advice we can guarantee Bea won't stick to.

I know that the money is worth it, I do get that. I just find it a shame when HMs take that path, but then if youve got it why not flaunt it i suppose.

And how would you know about that I wonder? ;)

Yes, but what people seem to have forgotten, is that in the early days, Lisa used to be nasty to Halfwit and about Halfwit to her group and they all ganged up on him, so it's no wonder he has nominated her every week.

Bea`s face was like a slapped arse when she couldnt get her own way. Even after the fair course of ibble dibble as Chris Tarrant would say, having picked the empty hand her *about to cry if I dont get my own way* demenour carried on, she reelly was playing the injured party game for the viewing of her new best pals and fair call to Marcus for raising that with her. I loved the way Fred turned in his chair, clearly not wanting to be dragged in.

So having trawled all the BB web site stuff, there is no punishment for Sophie then. not even jail, thats a bit unfair isnt it ?

True Christine, but everyone agreed, even Tom said it when he left the house, that Freddie is hard work, and to Lisa's credit, she did learn her lesson and kept her mouth shut when they all decided to welcome him into the group.
It is only since he joined forces with Marcus and morphed into a Marcus clone that Lisa has said she was right about him all the time.

She, like Freddie, is allowed her observations.
