It's really really difficult to be blunt to someone who is declaring their love for you, Cameron!! She's basically a nice girl who doesn't want to hurt his feelings, so she kept deflecting the love declaration to the idea that they were "friends". I know he's not a native English speaker, but surely that should have given him a clue?? Especially when she said he was in lust, not love!!!

Loving Siavash winding Sree up - there was nothing about that at the time, how I miss the live feed and the dozens of others who could lip-read !

Actually, I spent a lot of time on a Police backed local committee for equality and human rights, which made me realise how difficult it is for a lot of people who come to live in this country.

I lived and went to school in Bradford, which has a very heavy Asian population, so I think I'll take that comment as a jibe rather than as reflection on my life...

I now live in Doncaster, where we have a much wider range of cultures to choose from. Only last week we had two Kosovan's fighting with knives in next doors garden, while the owner was trying to get his wife to hospital to have a baby. I've been to another part of town today and saw three Chinese women knocking lumps out of each other.

I caught a bus driven by a gay Irishman and was sat with a group of olive skinned individuals who were content to yell at each other in some language or other for the entire journey.
