Big Brother moves next door to Channel 5

Like Bobby Ewing emerging from the shower in nothing but a skimpy towel and a winning smile, it seems the end of Big Brother has all been a dream. So will you be watching?

Channel 5's BB offering kicks off with four weeks of Celebrity Big Brother this August,

Big Brother will then revert to its traditional schedule, starting with a second series of the celebrity version in January. That means it will be showing almost continually in some form between August 2011 and the end of January 2012. Great news for fans

Josie Gibson wants to present Big Brother’s Little Brother

Josie Gibson has said that she would love to work on the new series of Big Brother.

The buxom blonde shot to fame when she took part and later won what was reported as the final series of the reality TV show last summer.

Speaking on OK!TV last night, Gibson admitted that she doesn’t think she’d be talented enough to front the main show but chatting with her Twitter followers later in the evening, she said that she’d be delighted to present spin off show Big Brother’s Little Brother if she got the chance.

Brian Dowling, Martine McCutcheon, Myleene Klass linked to Big Brother presenting job

Names in the frame to take over from former host Davina McCall include Myleene Klass, series two and Ultimate Big Brother winner Brian Dowling, Martin McCutcheon and Emma Willis. Meanwhile the winner of the last series Josie Gibson has also said she’d like a crack at presenting the show.

So far Martine McCutcheon has dismissed the rumour on Twitter, saying “Apparently I'm linked with Big Brother this year. Haha! News to me!” While Josie also used the mirco-blogging site to tell fans that she doubts she’s get the main presenting job, but is hoping for a chance to present Big Brother’s Little Brother, “They would never offer main stage but I’d love to give BBLB if they bring it bk. X”

It seems like at the moment anyone can say any name and that person suddently becomes a contender for the job. We're tipping Cheryl Baker, Michael Parkinson and The Krankies. Tell us... Who do you think would be able to fill Davina’s shoes?

Marcus Bentley will return to voice Big Brother ???

Marcus Bentley has admitted that he would love to return as the voiceover man for Big Brother.

The recognisable Geordie tones of the 43 year old actor, from Stockton on Tees, have been heard narrating all eleven previous series of the reality TV show and now Bentley has revealed that he would be willing to follow the format on it’s move from Channel 4 to Five.

Maybe there should be a clean break from the Channel 4 version of the show.

Oh I don't know. I can't imagine Big Brother without Marcus Bentley's voice.
