According to the Daily Star, according to The Guardian (ho ho)...

Old Big Brother contestants huff and puff to re-enter houseFormer Big Brother housemates whose three minutes of fame have long since disappeared have apparently been hammering at the doors of Channel 4 to nab a place in BB 10, reports the Daily Star. Apparently they have been "begging producers" to get on the show in the mistaken belief that C4 is looking for "old faves" as a surprise to mark the 10th anniversary series.

I'm not saying it's true, but Nick (Bateman) was saying he'd been considering an "offer from endenmol" to go BB10.

He's turned it down due to "creative differences", apparently.

Not surprised at the fact that some former housemates are desperate to get back in the house for publicity reasons(usually means money) seeing as this year is BB10.
And not surprised that Endemol have 'publicly' rebuffed the very thought... at this stage...

BB10 is obviously going to be very big for the BB franchise & 41 year old Davina will be jumping around like never before.

And in all truth, I was under the impression that they were going all the way to "10" in 'standard' format, with the following year being the swansong...

Yeah, read the contract was till 2010.
A full decade??, but my maths tells me that would be BB11!!

That's what a mean - BB10 this year and then a 'special' next year, called something other than BB11.
