Dundalk grandmother Olive Reid has failed in her bid to get into the Big Brother house after a knee injury put her out of the running.

Olive (60) from Lis-Na-Ri was on the shortlist of 130 people out of 500,000 who had auditioned for BB 10, but told The Argus she was 'really disappointed' when a medical showed up a knee injury.
