Big Brother twins Sam and Amanda Marchant have given their advice to this year's contestants on the reality TV show.

The identical blondes - known as Samanda - appeared in the house in 2007 and are still doing the celebrity party circuit.

Sam said: "Oh just definitely have fun, don't go in expecting what's going to happen after, just go in and have fun and just make that the experience."

Amanda said: "Don't take yourself too serious because you'll end up having all these arguments and stressful times. Just have fun.

"It's so nerve-wracking when it's the first night, it's like oh my God, what do you wear? And then you're thinking, oh my God you're going to be on telly for the first time. It's so scary but I mean, just have fun with it all, just be brave and run into the house and just have fun basically."

Sam added: "Yeah, that's all that we did."

The tenth series of the Channel 4 reality show begins in June.

Hmm seems to be something missing from their advice.

"Pretend to be a brain-damaged toddler even though you're in your twenties, squeal like an imbecile whenever anything pink happens to appear anywhere in the world at any time, and generally talk in an incoherent babble to each other that very few people can actually understand"

The twins are lovely girls and I for one can do without the metrosexual men who tick all the boxes to achive fame. All the girls needed were beautiful faces/bodies and ego's that did not need to be stroked on the hour to stop being turning into bitches. In Rex's case there is no amount of stroking to make him into a nicer person.

The key seems to be to "just have fun" then .

Ah Mads, with your strange need to have "nice" people on BB. WHo wants "nice"? "Nice" is boring to watch. Look at last year's disaster of a winner - yawnfest central.

I like the bitchy loons as much as you Bunny and I will cringe and with most of the viewers at their outrageous behaviour, shallow mind-sets, jealous vindictive attitude, but I want the nice one to beat them in the final.

I think it would be really funny if a villain won. Rex winning last year would have been terrific, because he was the true Marmite housemate, you either loved him or hated him. Me, I thought he was brilliant, particularly the almighty **** he did on Rachel

If anything it was Rachel who did the head-****ing on Rex, she forched him into exposing his true horrible personality and watched as his game plan came apart in front of our eyes.
God forbid anyone like him wins.

Sadly, Marmite will never win in our current society.
