Davina McCall likes to see 'Big Brother' contestants "suffer".

The host of the Channel 4 reality show says she likes the housemates to undergo lows as well as highs, and insists that the programme doesn't need to vary its format or content each year.

Davina, 41, said: "I do like them suffering a bit - then the joys are more joyful, so I don't want life to be too easy! But I don't need 'Big Brother' to change to radically. It's the housemates that bring the freshness in."

They should just play them last years final then. Endlessly watching Rachel (that was her name, right?) be declared the winner.
