Clash of the Titans? As is the usual Tuesday drill, the housemates were gathered together mid-Task this evening to find out who would face the public vote this week.
Sitting obediently on the sofas, Big Brother drew out the tension by taking an age to read out the names.
"Noirin," said Big Brother, as this week's first evictee pulled her hood up over her face and smiled.
Marcus, sitting arms folded, did nothing but nod on hearing his name.
Everyone sat in silence waiting for Big Brother to add another name. But it never came. Noirin started swaying, bumping Siavash's knee. But still no-one spoke.
"They're still there," said Lisa eventually, the first to break the silence. And still everyone sat around waiting for Big Brother to say someone else, before accepting that there were only two names this week.
Finally going back to the Task practice, the two shared a brief hug.
"Good luck," said Noirin.
"It's our last couple of days together," said Marcus.
"Mmm," replied Noirin.
Charlie broke the thorny silence with an equally thorny question. "Do you get a really sick feeling in your stomach?" he asked. "We're at a point now where if you go you've got nothing to be ashamed of."
But both said nothing, silently watching the Task practice-DVD screen as the reality of evictions began to set in.
So - who will it be? Well, that's up to you...
