SOUTH Tyneside's Big Brother finalist Charlie Drummond certainly has something to smile about.
The 22 year-old, who came fourth in Chanel 4's infamous show has a new dazzling smile thanks to a Sunderland dentist, as he plans for a future in television.
Charlie, from Cleadon Village, who worked in a customer service call centre for the Job Centre before entering the famous house during the summer, has been flooded with offers since leaving.
He's now hoping to return to television screens long-term as a presenter
