DAVINA McCall claimed yesterday that Channel 4 axed Big Brother because it was SCARED of its growing controversy. The star - who has presented BB since its launch ten years ago - said it became a "hot potato" following the Jade Goody race row and other quarrels. And she told how she mourned the show for a WEEK after she was told it had been scrapped. SUN |
