Newbies excluded obviously since they wont be able to be voted next week.
Thankfully the 3 HMs I've most disliked this series have all gone so there's not really anyone I can't stand anymore so can sit back and enjoy watching them have a go at each other
So, for that reason, I'm picking Steve. He's had a good month to make some sort of impact and has done absolutely nothing, total waste of a HM spot. I'm also fed up of the patronising way that, in a bid to treat him like anyone else, he's not treated like anyone else, where anything slightly negative about him seems to hit the edit room floor and HMs chirp on about how not only WILL he win the show, he DESERVES to which is mind boggling. Additionally, not only does he bang on about playing as a team, he then seems to be developing a Makosi-esque knack of shouting his mouth off when he suspects someone is on a task, thus incresing the chances of any reward being denied to the 'team' (see Josie's shoe stealing, Mario's mole task or marching into the bathroom when Ben was talking to tree)
Unfortunately, I can't see him being nominated so the only way is if someone picks him in save & replace thinking that he's 100% certain to stay.
