The 25-year-old scooped £100,000 after winning the final series of the Channel 4 show earlier this summer.
'I've never had money like this before so it's all new to me,' explains Josie.
'I'm not going to be silly with it - I'm going to try and invest it as best as possible.'
Josie - who is dating fellow Big Brother contestant John James Parton, 24 - says being rich won't change her.
'I'm not materialistic at all,' she says. 'Money doesn't buy happiness.'
