Channel 5 bosses are determined that this year's Big Brother housemates will not be disturbed by the outside world. They are allegedly installing a sound proof fence around the entire compound.
This will reportedly stop members of the public from shouting over the fence and giving housemates hints to what it going on outside.
A source told The Daily Star: "So many times in the past housemates have heard chants from the crowd about who viewers want out, which ruins it.
"But this year they will have no idea what's going on."
The reality house is also believed to be the "biggest" in the show's history but they have not confirmed how many housemates take part in the show.
A source said: "The house was completely gutted and it's being given a new look. Fans will be really impressed."
It was recently revealed that this year's show will be shot in HD and staff have brand new, hi-tech edit suites to produce the nightly episodes.
