‘SUPERNATURAL ACTIVITY’ SUPERNATURAL ACTIVITY: LAST NIGHT Last night, the two housemates up for eviction this week, Anton and Jay were asked to pack their bags and were called to the diary room. Big Brother told the pair that they were now “dead” to their fellow housemates and that they would be spending the next few days in a secret room, but that their fellow housemates would be led to believe that they have been evicted. Big Brother told Anton and Jay that one of them will be evicted from the house on Friday as usual, but that if they completed their secret challenge successfully they might have the chance to change that… Anton and Jay changed into ghoul costumes and were led around the camera runs by the grim reaper to their new home, the crypt. Inside the crypt, the two ghouls have a plasma screen on which to observe their fellow housemates continuing life after them in the main house. SUPERNATURAL ACTIVITY: TODAY To win a luxury shopping budget, the housemates in the main house will be told that they must resist the urge to scream. Big Brother will be attempting to scare them throughout and if they scream more than three times, they will fail. However, the ghouls in the crypt will be told the truth and must make sure that more than three housemates scream. The ghouls will be given the chance to choose which scary pranks are played on which of their fellow housemates. Scary pranks: The shower running with red water A skeleton appearing in the mirror A monster’s hand coming out of the hatch A demon in the diary room Spider webs in the halls Dead bodies in the hallway (one of which will grab a housemate’s leg) A haunting in the store room A ghost of a little girl |

Day 40: Scared of failure... After Big Brother’s three early shocks this morning, the housemates are already beginning to think they’ve failed this week’s task in record time. If only they knew… After Alex’s scream, Tom adopted a pessimistic in thinking that the housemates might have to resign themselves to failing the task again. Tom even commented on how irritated Jay would be if he were still around: spooky! As the ghouls and the public know, however, the opposite is true: the housemates are not far off that much coveted luxury shopping budget for this week. Harry and Aaron have already been speculating as to what else Big Brother might have in store for them: they think that Big Brother might pull all the stops out later on in an effort to terrify the housemates. Day 40: Beauty befriends the beast While some of the other housemates have been ruffled by Big Brother’s tricks this morning, Louise has shown off her surprisingly strong nerves. While Big Brother has played two tricks on her already (more than any other housemate), the model has barely even flinched. Earlier on, Big Brother played a trick on Louise in the shower, turning the water a shade of blood red. While she seemed slightly shocked by this, she simply stepped out of the water and told the other housemates what was going on. Later, when called into the diary room, she was kept in the dark for a while before a devilish ghoul stepped out of nowhere: Louise calmly looked at it, and was soon having a playfight, and trying to shake its hand. Upon her exit from the diary room, she picked up a spooky severed head that had been left in the kitchen and proposed to Aaron that they should play a game of football with it. It appears that our Big Brother beauty isn’t afraid of any beast. Will she crack eventually, though? |

Day 41: Don't scream - The results As the housemates have decided to turn in earlier than usual, we look back on their frightful day. In order to win the shopping task, Big Brother told the housemates that certain ghostly going-ons would happen throughout the day and that they must refrain from screaming in order to win a luxury shopping budget this week. However, little did they know that Anton and Jay were controlling who would receive the frights and that the housemates would in fact pass the task if they screamed more than 3 times. As was to be expected, there was a mixed reaction amongst the housemates to the spooky pranks. Housemates failing to feel the fear were Louise, who didn’t react to blood coming out of the shower or to a demon appearing in the diary room, Harry didn’t squeal when an arm came out of the hatch and when a spider dropped from the ceiling in the hallway. Finally, Faye failed to raise the decibels when a ghost of a little girl appeared in the hallway. However, scaredy cats Tom and Alex both screamed when a skeleton appeared in the mirror, with Alex also screaming at sight of a dog in a cage with Tashie’s head. Aaron also screamed like a little girl when a dead body in the hallway grabbed his leg, meaning that the housemates incurred 3 screams and have won a luxury shopping budget this week. Although they will be safe and sound in the knowledge that they will be eating well this week, maybe they should be frightened at the prospect that Anton and Jay may return to the House with a few home truths? Stay tuned tomorrow for the housemates reaction to passing this weeks shopping task and the reveal of Anton and Jay’s fate. |

DON’T SCREAM Yesterday the housemates had been trying not to scream. Big Brother told the housemates that if they screamed more than three times they would fail the shopping task. However… The ghouls in the crypt were told the truth; to actually win the luxury shopping budget they must ensure that more than three housemates scream. The ghouls chose which scary pranks they wanted to play on which housemate in order to get them to scream. Big Brother phoned Anton and Jay in the crypt throughout the day and asked them who they would like to scare. Here are the results: Prank Housemate chosen Scream?
