Chantelle Houghton has re-styled herself with a more grown-up and slimmed down image, as she releases her new fitness DVD; ' Boot Camp Workout'. The Celebrity Big Brother TV star has apparently dropped two dress sizes by sticking to the exercise routine. Chantelle has yo-yo'd with her weight in the past, but seems to be taking a much healthier approach to keeping trim these days. "I have done this in such a natural way, I have eaten really healthily, I have done the stuff that's on my work out DVD and there's proof at the front of my cover of my DVD, with the before and after picture".
