After a short debate Sam and Sophie are chosen. • Housemates are unaware that Big Brother has told them a lie; Sam and Sophie will automatically face eviction and it is the rest of the housemates who have been saved. • Dexter comforts Charlie after Jackie’s exit. He tells her that if he had a daughter, he would have been just like her if he was in the same position. • Dexter decides that he and Callum put the past behind them; Charlie is suspicious and thinks Dexter has chosen tonight as a nominations tactic.
* Charlie and Hazel have a food fight, with Nutella spread; in the aftermath, Hazel tells Dexter that if ‘you really really really loved” her, he would hug her under the shower fully clothed.
Key quotes from tonight’s show
1. Charlie, Jackie, Dan and Gina have been called to the diary room. They suspect the reason why.
Gina “I didn’t even jump, I didn’t even go in the pool so why am I here?” Big Brother “Why do you think you are here Gina?” Gina (Sheepish) “Because I accidentally put my feet in the pool.” Big Brother “Precisely.”
2. In the jail Gina mentions that Dexter as he has told housemates a different version to her, about what they observed while watching housemates during their time in the Safe House.
Charlie “He’s different now to what he was in the first two weeks, he’s softened from being sharp, on-point. Since he’s been in he’s warmed or softened. Dan “Because he doesn’t want to be up.” Gina “Exactly. Do you feel you could have a romance with him on the outside?” Charlie “No, I just get on with him very well. He’s one of my favourite people in here.” Callum remains silent
3. Sam has come to talk to Big Brother and is worried about life in the house without Callum
Sam “With Daley leaving and with Callum, it’s like two good mates gone in one week. If he does go I’ll feel like I’m on my own then, like and outsider.” Big Brother “Why would you feel like an outsider if Callum left?” Sam “I feel like if I climb Mount Kilimanjaro and when I get to the top, there will be no view, that’s how I would feel, cheated.”
4. Jack & Joe are feeling anxious about the impending eviction; Joe more so.
Jack “Joe, no-one has dies, no one is dying, you need to stop getting stressed, you’re getting ag’.” Joe “O course I’m getting ‘ag’ ‘cause you’re taking with your mouth open and you’re just spitting at me, of course I’m gonna getting ‘ag’ as you call it!” Jack “I understand that you’re nervous but don’t start taking it out on the rest of us.” Sophie (Joe walks off and Sophie laughs) “You’re like the b*****d twin Jack.”
5. After their long stint in jail Dan and Gina are at the smoking area.”
Dan (Smiles) “I saw another little side to you in there, a nice side, a sweet side Gina (Laughs) “A nice side, so what are you trying to say, you mean a sensitive side.” Dan “Yeah.”
6. Sam and Sophie get used to life in the safe house; Sophie is opening a bottle of Champagne. Sam is unsure if he has tasted Champagne before.
Sophie “We’re so lucky, we’re gonna be here two weeks from the final Sam. Did you here the public when they said ‘Sophie and Sam,’ the public went ‘yeeeah?’” Sam “I’m chuffed you told me that. I feel like Richard Gere in Pretty Woman, he’s in that penthouse in the hotel drinking champagne with strawberries.” people don’t ring any bells.” Sophie “You might be able to get a nice little penthouse like this if you win.”
7. The Dexter, Callum and Charlie situation rolls on as housemates settle down for the night. Callum tells Charlie the will continue talking in the morning, “as you’re quite drunk.”
Dan “To be fair Callum’s right, I think Charlie’s too drunk so she should just go to sleep. If people wanna talk about it tomorrow fine, if not just leave it, and I think Callum has done nothing wrong.” Charlie “Dan I just don’t understand and I’m actually p***ed of about it.” Dan “Well be pissed of about it but don’t have a go at Callum for no reason.”
After a few more comments, the lights go out in the bedroom. Housemates bid Jack & Joe a “Happy Birthday.” Charlie can be seen crying in her bed.
