DAILY UPDATE: DAY 43




Key highlights from tonight’s show:


• Housemates in the main house are speculating about Friday night’s eviction. Charlie believes that it will not be Callum or Hazel who will be evicted and it will be a big shock. Dexter feels there will be something to do with the safe house.
• Sophie is in the diary room talking about Callum. She is complaining about him ‘overstepping the mark into the cringy zone.’
• Callum and Sam are rating the girl’s smiles from their photographs on the televisions in the living area. Callum rates Sophie’s smile in her photo as a 10 and Sam gives her a rating of 8. Charlie gets a 9 from both. Gina is given a 9 as well.
• Gina goes onto the smoking bench to tell Hazel, Charlie and Dexter what Callum and Sam are discussing. Dexter gives Gina a 5 and then laughs.
• Shopping arrives and the Twins are not happy about money being taken off the list in replace of cigarettes and tobacco. ‘I did tell them they cannot afford on a £76 budget that you cannot spend £16 on fags.’ The smokers are annoyed that people are moaning about them getting cigarettes.
• Hazel tells Big Brother in the diary room that she will be waiting for her name to be called on Friday night, ‘I don’t think any person in the house so far has been given such clear signs that they are on their way out.’
• The Twins are given the day’s task: Don’t Drop It to carry around objects without dropping them and not to put them down, throughout the day they are given more items. They complete the task and get to tuck into some cream cakes.
• Callum is feeling down in the tree house, he tells Charlie that he feels like he is in the way and redundant. Charlie tells him to take some of his own advice and to see his potential and to accept himself.
• Jack puts on one of the girl’s bikinis and does some sexy dancing in the shower and then runs into the bedroom.
• Charlie is trying on an eviction outfit being styled by Gina. Dexter and Callum’s eyes are popping out. Callum falls backwards off the bed. Dexter says he has been ‘bowled over quite literally’.
• Hazel is talking to Dan and Charlie about being in the house. Hazel is not enjoying the house anymore and feels personally attacked by the public. Charlie believes that Hazel is a role model to young girls.

1. Charlie is in the diary room discussing the safe housemates and the eviction on Friday.

Charlie “I think those three to me are the top three. I don’t think they would have been up anyway this week if we had nominated so I think it is all very fair. They probably do feel a little bit bad because they are nice people but I there is going to be a twist I think its not real. There is something fishy going on. I don’t believe it.”

2. Sophie and Dan are in the safe house talking about Callum.

Sophie “You want Callum gone don’t you?

Dan “It is not his fault but he really grates me. He is a martyr…oh look at me…always justifying what he does.”

Sophie “He is nice but he is too nice. And when someone is too nice it puts you off them.”

Dan “Its just cringe, cringe bag is the right word!”


3. Dan and Dexter are in the garden tired of eviction talk.

Dan “At the end of the day we should be happy we are still here and get on with it for now. We have all got our reasons for coming in here and what we want to achieve. Whether you finish first or second or fifth or sixth you can still achieve the things you want to achieve when you come out of here.”

Dexter “Winning the show is f***ing hard work. You have to be liked in here and liked outside and the public have to be on your side…you don’t have to be worried at all because you are immune this week.”


4. Dan is on the smoking bench talking to Gina about Hazel.

Dan “Hazel has been a bit flat the last couple of days because of the situation.”

Gina “It is no one’s fault but hers sorry.”

Charlie “It is definitely to do with the glamour model thing how Hazel was expected to be and the Daley thing.”

Gina “No but if there is a glamour model in here that is so lovely, so sweet hearted, so sweet natured and just a lovely human being no one would have anything to say. But if you are giving people reasons not to like you then there’s your problem.”

5. Gina is in the diary room talking to Big Brother, being up for eviction is the norm for her and she is not Hazel’s biggest fan.

Gina “I feel that she has changed this week a little bit quieter and not herself. You know when someone starts a conversation with you and you can tell that they are sincere and just nice. But with her I don’t see, ‘wow your evil inside, what is your next game plan? What is your next thing going to be? I am quite scared’. She obviously has a game plan and she is trying to suck me in but I am not stupid. Someone that has been really nasty about me and I have seen how nasty she can be about me. I will never trust her.”

6. Dan is talking with Jack, Joe, Dexter, Gina, Callum and Sam in the garden.

Dan “Sometimes I think you are more camp than I am. (To Dexter)”

Dexter “But I am comfortable in who I am and this process has taught me that. I know I am camp, I know I wear make up, I know I mince about a little bit but at the end of the day I know I am straight. I like females and that is it.”

Dan “I am teasing you.”

Dexter “If I was gay I would find Dan attractive because he has got everything I like in a man. He’s got a great personality.”

All housemates shout “AWKWARD!!!”




7. Dan is in the diary room talking to Big Brother about Hazel.

Dan “I think Hazel will go tomorrow, I think she should go…Another week in here and she will worry again more about what the public are thinking, whereas she can get out and know why people are thinking what they are thinking and deal with it…I think it is time for her to go. If Hazel goes and I stay, which I will be hopefully, unless there is some nasty twist…but you are not going to do a twist like that…I might not really be immune…but if I am immune like you say I am, which should be true because I have been told not to think about theories. I will miss her, but I will be fine.”

All they can show of Sophie is her brushing her fangs on her own.

Gina really needs to stop the evil in side quote about Hazel .

Oh goodie, we get to keep Sophie till the end now, that girl is just so active in the house

Loved the way the viewers didnt get the so unsubtle hint by BB that she is just waste of space with the clips of her brushing her teeth and sleeping.

Dan can be a bit over the top but wtf....why is Sophie still there!!!

Very, very disappointing result tonight. Dan didn't deserve to go and even though I agree wit you about Sophie Stinky I think Sam out of the two of them should have gone.

There is one positive that will come out of Dan's eviction though, he will get to see the real Gina and Dexter, he will see how they plot and spin yarns to discredit people, he will also get to see Daley's assault on Hazel and he more then anyone will know Hazel is not the snake Gina and Dexter painted her to be.

so lovely, so sweet hearted, so sweet natured and just a lovely human is the words that must be used about Hazel in the house, the reason Hazel is hated is because she and Dexter started the anti-Hazel spin about Hazel when they were in te safe house, Gina out of pure jealousy, and Dexter because he decided for whatever reason to support Daley. BBBOTS picked it up the anti Hazel baton from them and ran amok with it. Here is Gina talking about Hazel in the DR...

Please BB show us when Hazel was nasty about Gina, because the clips of the house you have let us see there is NO evidence of what Gina is saying.
Do you know why? there is no evidence it is just Gina hammering home the evil, twisted jealous mantra she has to keep er own game plan on track.

The blatant promotion of Sam, Sophie, Dexter and Gina on tonights show should be an issue with a lot of viewers. Emma telling us sweetie Dexter, he is soooo unique and we all love Gina, NO we bloody don't love Gina, we see both her and Dexter for what they are, This years BB's housemates to keep safe and promote. What I would like to know is why?

But its like with Sophie, HMs keep saying she is so sweet, but how the hell do we know we never see her... and when we do shes being bitchy or right in Sams face trying to destroy his mates.

I tried to vote to evict Sophie last night & the line said 'Sorry this phone line is unavailable'. Maybe I accidentally dialled the wrong number but hmm....

I am gutted that Dan went, because in the normal course of things he wouldn't have gone. I had hoped that they would have saved 3rd place & let us continue voting for the other 2. Maybe Dan's supporters were waiting for that happen, so that they could spend their money more wisely. I certainly had thought I would wait until that time before phoning up any more. If it had been a vote to save, I think he may have stayed. As it was, his supporters didn't know who to vote for, so they either didn't or they split their money between the other 2.
