DAILY UPDATE: DAY 52



Key highlights from tonight’s show:


• Housemates wake up the morning after the sixth eviction; Callum became the latest housemate to leave

• Charlie and Gina question Hazel’s survival techniques. Gina thinks Hazel may have ‘opened up’ more in order to stay in the house. Charlie says Hazel has been ‘very intelligent’ with her strategy.

• Gina and Sophie are in the bedroom discussing Charlie’s relationship with Hazel. Charlie walks in briefly and the conversation ends. They both agree that Charlie could “sense” they were discussing her.

• In the garden Hazel tells Sophie that she can’t “keep up” with Charlie adding: “She’s been really weird that last day or two.”

• Sophie and Charlie are having a quiet chat in the living area. Sophie advises her to speak to Hazel about how she feels and be mindful of “the way you word it.”

• Charlie and Dexter stroll around the garden. Hazel congratulates Dexter on “eliminating the enemy.”

• Dexter takes part in the Dexter the Great task and hosts a night of “magic and mystery” for his fellow housemates.

• During the task, Big Brother instructs Dexter the Great to quote some of the comments that housemates have made about each other.

• Big Brother asks Dexter the Great which housemate he would like to disappear. He chooses Sam.

• Sam magically disappears; housemates discuss whether he has been evicted and are unaware that Sam is now in a secret room watching their every move.

• In the garden, Dexter tells Gina that he may have chosen differently if he knew Sam would leave, but thinks it may still be the best one as Sam now “has no mates” and is “a little bit cringey at times.”

• Housemates receive a surprise when Sam reappears in the store room.

• Sam confronts Dexter and Sophie about comments they made about him during his time in the secret room.

Key quotes from tonight’s show

1. Charlie and Hazel are in bed discussing last night’s eviction result. Charlie muses that
Dexter been saved by the public yet again.

Hazel “The most shocking one for me is Gina. I don’t know how people can go from chanting to wanting to get her out.”

Charlie “It’s crazy how stuff changes in a week.”



2. Sam has come to the diary room. He admits to Big Brother that he feels “a bit down,” following Callum’s eviction but mentions that he gets on well with Joe.



Sam “Sophie has the twins, you’ve got Gina and Dexter, Hazel and Charlie but I’m going to try and blend in with Jack, but I’m going to try my best to get involved with everyone.”



3. Gina and Sophie are in the bedroom talking about Charlie’s suspicions about Hazel, despite the two being close friends in the house.



Sophie “That’s the thing with Charlie she tries to be nice all the time, but if she thought that and was a true friend she’s tell her. Cos if I thought you were licking someone’s bum and talking behind their back I’d say to you, ‘seriously Gina it don’t (sic) look good on you.’”

Gina “You know what, her and Hazel are both as bad as each other I guess.”



4. Charlie is in the diary room talking about Hazel. She worries that her thoughts about her Hazel are starting to “affect” her. She mentions that Hazel may only be opening up following Dexter’s advice.



Charlie “She’s trusting me to tell me how she’s feeling about people then goes into a room and acts completely different to what she’s just said..”

Big Brother “Do you think the change in Hazel is genuine?”

Charlie “I have got plans with Hazel. We might move in together, we might go on holiday together, I’m picking up on things and I’m questioning a lot of behaviour.



5. Charlie invites Hazel to the tree house; she tells Hazel that she is questioning things Hazel has said including the “open up thing.”


Hazel “I was a bit disappointed when I cried about the letter you said, you can’t start being emotional now. I’m f**king dying inside sometimes, that’s why I felt really let down as a friend and that’s probably why I distanced myself from you.”

6. Big Brother announces that Sam’s case is in the store room. Gina has come to the diary
Room, she is upset about Sam’s supposed departure. Sam is watching from the secret room.

Gina “He’s the first person that I actually opened up to. I don’t often open up to many people. I would have said to him, I’m gonna miss you, and were gonna party so just own it and enjoy yourself when you go back to Wales.”

All said because she knew Sam was watching her - if only Sam knew what she really says about him in the DR.

Gina, Sophie, Dexter and Charlie behave like they can do and say anything they like to anyone they like but if Hazel says anything they are on her like a heard of hyenas. The smirk and grins from Dexter, Sophie and Gina when they made Charlie "have it out with Hazel" only come from bullies...

Sophie is cirling the drain, people are realising shes a right shite stirrer ..

BB the term was shot girl in a cheap nightclub not shop girl .

I did feel a but sorry for Charlie, she was manipulated into that, however Hazel dealt with it very well. They didnt have the massive fall out the others hoped for. All theyve done is open the eyes of the viewers to Sophie.

Annoys me re Sam, must be exhausting to try and work out what everyone is saying no wonder he sleeps alot.

Gina jumping up and down when Sam came back in, very cute and I bet her BF hated that

Sam cut Dexter dead, left him and Sophie sitting on the bench with egg splashed all over their faces, lovin' it!

Yes I agree that probably was the case. However, Gina did like Sam according to Callum.

It may be that Dexter misheard BB?

The reason Dexter wants Sam out, is because viewers rated Sam 2nd & him 3rd, so now he is trying to get him evicted, so that he stands more chance. He realised that he had made a big mistake with how he handled that & also was not happy that Gina realised that Sam was watching & didn't fall into the trap, therefore making herself look better than him. He was sooo gutted that it had all gone wrong. His face was a picture!!
