Producers are promising a new look to the series and the Big Brother 2013 casting team will be in and around Blackpool later this week.

Have we not seen for years now that the people who get into the BB house have got in on the third + more attempts, they also know or are friends with ex housemates, or, come from the daily star glamour model pages. It seems to me that maybe 2/3 genuine members of the public win a place on the entertainment show.

Big Brother 2013: New series set to be “biggest yet” complete with 7ft 1in housemate Lydon Sutcliffe!

Pretty much every year, the bosses of Big Brother say the new series is going to be the “biggest yet” with ever more cunning and cruel plots afoot to bring down housemate after housemate until just one is left standing…

However, Channel 5’s claims are really quite literal this year as according to the Daily Star, they’ve lined up “giant” Lydon Sutcliffe, who’s a whopping 7ft 1in tall, to go into the house.

Pensioner Annette Edwards promises to go topless in the house! Erm… ew

We reported last week that Big Brother bosses have lined up “giant” Lydon Sutcliffe to go into the house in the new series, as well as stripping pensioner Annette Edwards…

And this week 61 year old Annette has promised that she will go topless in the house this summer.

Speaking to the Worcester News, Annette – who holds the title of World’s Oldest Page 3 Model – said, “It wasn’t something I had thought of doing. When the researcher rang I thought ‘why not?’”

Emma Willis ‘thrilled’ to land Big Brother job replacing Brian Dowling

Emma Willis has admitted she is “thrilled” to be taking over as the host of Big Brother from existing presenter Brian Dowling.

The presenter shake-up was announced on the official Channel 5 website today (April 2), with pretty brunette Emma replacing former Big Brother winner Brian from this summer.

Brian Dowling is said to be livid with Channel 5 bosses, after they replaced him as host of the summer series of Big Brother.

Producers were looking for ways to change the reality TV show which will return to our screens this May and it was confirmed this week that they sacked the Irish star and replaced him with sidekick and ‘Bit On The Side’ presenter Emma Willis.

Channel 5 bosses have – as we reported last week – replaced Big Brother host Brian Dowling with Big Brother’s Bit on the Side presenter Emma Willis, and it had been assumed that she would now end her role on BBBOTS…

However, it seems she may in fact continue to host the show in addition to fronting the main Big Brother editions.

Big Brother: Bosses unsure if live feed will make a comeback!

Bosses of Channel 5′s hit reality TV show Big Brother, have apparently not yet decided whether or not the shows’s live feed will make a comeback when the show returns to our screens this summer.

After acquiring the show back in 2011, Channel 5 decided to ditch the usual 24/7 live stream from the house when it revamped the show. However the move resulted in backlash from fans.
