DAILY UPDATE: DAY 46


Key highlights from tonight’s show:


• Last night, Hazel and Charlie fell out over a cucumber and despite sharing a bed, are still not talking to each other.
• Dexter and Hazel are talking in the bedroom. Dexter claims his day will now be ruined due to nominations. Hazel tells Dexter she hopes to get an apology from Charlie about mentioning Daley in the cucumber argument.
• Callum agrees to power the shower for Dexter and the housemates think this is odd. Callum has a change of heart and asks the other housemates to help Dexter instead so that Callum can continue to clean the kitchen.
• Big Brother sets all of the housemates a secret mission; they must follow a different housemate each until further notice. The housemates realise what is going on and then start a conga circle.
• Nominations take place.
• Jack is trying to have a sneaky nap on the sofa and Joe will not let him. Joe and Sophie start bickering over this.
• Sam and Callum are in the garden discussing nominations. Sam says that it is easy to guess who nominates who. Callum feels he may be up for a 4th time in a row.
• Dexter is in the bedroom telling some of the housemates he doesn’t know who he is going to nominate. Joe shouts that they ALL know who at least one of his votes will be.
• Dexter and Charlie are lying on the sofa discussing nominations and guessing who will be up for eviction on Friday.
• The Twins, Dexter and Gina are in the bedroom. They are talking about how easy it is to see who nominated who from people’s reactions once the nominations have been announced.
• Dexter and some of the other housemates are on the sofas discussing conspiracy theories. Dexter believes that Callum could be an actor; Charlie mentions how realistic and scary it was when Callum played psychiatrist. Dexter responds ‘That’s because he is a scary person’.
• Outside Callum and Jack are talking about Dexter and his conspiracy theories. They cannot listen to him anymore and hope the public are sick of him talking ‘b****cks’ as much as they are. Callum claims that Dexter thinks he is, ‘God’s gift to predictions’.
• Gina asks some of the male housemates who they would rather sleep with, Jackie or Jemima. Dexter is the only one to respond. He would rather sleep with Jackie as she could teach him a few things and would be a cleaner person.

Key quotes from tonight’s show

1. Charlie is in the diary room talking to Big Brother about her fun night which turned sour.

Charlie “…obviously we have woken up and we are not talking. It’s a little bit awkward; I have not had that situation in the house. Its does feel like school. In the real world you don’t really wake up next to someone and not speak to them.”

2. Charlie is in the living area with Sam and tries to explain her cucumber fallout with Hazel and subsequent Daley comment.

Charlie “What I meant about that was that Hazel had come up to me and said, ‘He didn’t do it intentionally, he was drunk and got a bit carried away.’ So I said it is a bit like the Daley situation, wait, that isn’t a good example and then it kicked off in here a bit.”

Sam “You had a full on argument?”

Charlie “I felt like it was an attack. I felt p***ed off because I felt like I had confided in Hazel, she knows I have issues with not thinking before I speak and I felt like she used it against me.”

3. Charlie is in the garden apologising to Hazel about their argument and bringing Daley into the situation.

Charlie “Sorry for saying that as it’s not the right situation to give an example by and I know it is personal to you, so sorry, I am sorry for even mentioning those words.”

Hazel “I didn’t want you to get in trouble over anything because it was an accident…obviously to come down and it to escalate to that degree and for Daley to be brought in to it. I was like: ‘Oh did she really go there?,’ because I have been going through a really hard time with it, the guy has been removed from the show for it.”

They make up with a hug.

4. Gina, Dexter and Joe are in the bedroom talking about life after the house.

Joe “I am tempted not to even write BB contestant when I leave here because it makes it sound like that’s all I have done in my life. That really annoys me on Twitter when people say that, BB Contestant 2013, or the ones that say TV Personality.”

Dexter “I did have media personality.”

Joe “There is a word for you if you have done that it starts with ‘d**k’ and ends in ‘head.’ Coming on here opens you up for, one, different worlds that you would never know about, entertainment world things that in normal life you wouldn’t need. As a check-out boy you are not going to need an agent…Jack keeps on saying we will go back to normal life when we leave this and I have had to explain to him that normal life won’t be normal life anymore, it will be a bit different.”

5. Gina is in the diary room talking to Big Brother about nominations.

Gina “Dexter keeps saying to me you are not going to be up this week I can tell, I can feel it. But I don’t really care if I am up anyway, because it is the process. It’s Big Brother, everyone knows Big Brother. I think that people take it to heart when they are up for eviction but come on they know what they signed up for. I think that we are all used to it. Dexter and I are certainly used to packing every week. It is a joke.”

6. Dexter, Callum and Gina are comparing their Big Brother experiences. Dexter doesn’t believe that he and Gina have had the toughest time in the house, but claims that other housemates have had an ‘easy ride.’

Dexter “There are some people in here who have got up every f***ing day and have not had to go through anything. I’m thinking, hang on a minute this is not fair. I know for instance I’m going to be up next week. Seven weeks on the trot. It is an absolute joke. So I know personally in my head I haven’t p***ed anyone off enough for them to put me up for eviction this week. For me to be up for eviction again is like literally you are taking the p**s out of my life.”

The tease that Daley was going into the house and Emma saying on BBBOTS that there was going to be something dramatic on monday's HS turned out to be the house mates who were nominated been shown who had nominated them...
Two things are out in the open now that Hazel can take issue with.
First off one of her reasons for nominating Dexter was that she keeps asking him to tell her what she has supposedly said...she needs to do what Dexter does and corner him and not let him escape till he has told her the comment he has held over her since he left the safe house.
Then, she confronts Gina with a request for the evidence as to why she doesn't trust her. Dexter and Gina have gotten away with their innuendoes for too long now and they have to be exposed once and for all.

Callum must have felt awful hearing Charlie nominated him, he should now know how much of a game player she is.
Sam makes me laugh, he is like an old man who know everything that goes on the neighborhood but only says something about what he knows is/has happened when he is asked..

In her letter from home Charlie was told to kick Dexter and Callum's arse, she chose just to kick Callum's. Charlie knows who the two big game players are in the house so she has to keep Dexter and his bitch in crime Gina sweet till they have to use her. You could see her submit to Callum's disappointment in her betrayal, and then her dominate performance for Gina when she told her that she had told Callum there were more people in the house closer to her then him. We are witnessing a classic case of what the desire for fame does to a person.
