I have to admit I thought Alex was gay the moment he entered the house - his liking for Kate threw me a bit - but he could be bi or it could be a cover (though why he would feel he would need one is beyond me)
Lee and Adele have got it spot on - anyone agree???? or does anyone have any goss?

If you read this weeks heat it confirms he is 100% Hetero by an ex G/F....Surely she would get more do$h for outing him if that was the case.....

My take on this is that we shouldnt stereotype....there are many camp-but-str8 men, just as there are many many many gay men who are so str8 acting that you wouldn't even give it a thought......

Would it be more shocking if, say, Jonny or Lee came out as Gay..??

You're right about the other lads wasn't there meant to be a closet gay in the house?! I just find it strange that they would attempt to hide it, especially when Adele has poured her heart out and her popularity in and out of the house is unaffected..

I had though that Alex was gay at first and like thru him fancying Kate through me at bit, but I must admit that I now believe he is Bi, there's no other explanation. How could he look and act gay and fancy Kate at the same time

I Reckon Spencer could be Bi.......In a lazy way, his Philosophy will be "it's a hole init" And he'd be sooooo laid back he wouldn't care what people think.

I put Alex down as A-Sexual, I recon he would be to affraid of catching something to have sex, either that or he has an all-in-one condom.

I don't really think it matters how gay Alex is because, as has been said, he doesn't look like he'd like sex all that much. I wouldn't be surprised if he was a virgin, actually (even though he probably isn't). I doubt he's had many sexual partners, in any case.

Also: most of the camp men I've met have turned out straight. So...yeah, basically.

I have a couple of gay male friends. One is totally camp and you just know he is gay to look at him. The other is totally uncamp and most wouldn't have a clue but is gay. I however, thought he was gay the first time I saw him - don't know how as it isn't obvious whatsoever.

Alex I think is straight, he ticked the Bi box to bring about attention if the subject arose which it did.

Sandy, although married would be my bet for being Bi. But then I don't really know to be honest.

I sat up watching it until 2.30am and I am shattered now - an afternoon nap will be called for LOL

I've heard from a journalist friend that Alex is gay and has a boyfriend but I heard that the reason why he's not admitting it is cos his parent's don't know, so he's not exactly going to announce it live on national TV seeing as they don't know. By saying that he ticked the bisexual box, he is sort of admitting it, but without actually saying "I am gay" if you know what I mean.

He doesn't seem to want to get involved in the "sexual" conversations that often arise, and when he and Kate joined forces to play the sexual positions game, he asked her what he has to do...that kind of suggests that he has never been with a woman before.

By appearing on a show like this you would have to be very sure that if you did have a secret BF that it would never be found out.

Look at last year, Brain had to come out to his family before he went in because of the media, I think if Alex was Gay we would have seen a few stories by now.

I must admit that I thought he was gay when he first came into the house, but then I just thought that he was a camp straight guy (I know someone like that too!) but then a journalist who works at a well known newspaper told me that he is gay and has a b/f. I must admit that I was a bit suspicious of this as I was certain that some stories would have been printed by now.

But, apparently, this is his first relationship and the b/f isn't willing to go to the paper's about it and so, without evidence, they can't print it.

But I don't know, really! I also heard some rumour that Sandy was gay lol!
