I was just wondering about starting a board were members could post about TV programmes that they enjoy to watch on the cable or on other channels which are shown at obsecure times that is not really watched by the majority of people because it not advertised as much but it is what you may find interesting and may believe other here may like to watch it or think it should be more popular. For example I wrote on one of the message boards have recently become interested in Jag which is not widely known.

Millennium is a Sci Fi programme which is shown on the Sci Fi channel. Unfortunately you would need to watch it from the very beginning but if you like wierd programmes then you would like it, it is made by the same people whom make X-Files.

I really enjoyed Lexx and so did my husband. On Sci-Fi I think, but it's not for the underaged! If you're broadminded it's worth watching out for repeats.

::lol::

If you like gritty cop shows then I suggest you watch Homicide: Life On The Street it is better than anything we produce in this country, not everything is clean and the series has won many awards in the states. It is on Hallmark on at 10pm week days.

Mystery Science Theatre 3000 MST3K

If you find bad films funny, then you may enjoy this. It's basically a bad film an episode, with three characters (2 robots and a human) making sarcastic comments about the film for its entire length.

Amazingly, the film version of the show is on ITV this Thursday at 11:20pm (or thereabouts).

Apart from that you may be able to see it on the scifi channel, or download random episodes off the internet.

I will look out for that, you do the same as what I do, when I find a programme I enjoy watching but have missed episodes I tend to go looking for downloads. ;)

Sealab2021 if you can find it on Kazaa or Direct Connect
The Brak Show (Same as above)
Aqua Teen Hunger Force (same as above)

These 3 are sometimes shown on CNX on Sky digi

Other than that, I mostly watch films, documentarys and the news. If you have sky digital watch fox news and a certain Mr O'Reilly on the O'Reilly Facctor. He makes Jeremy Paxman look like Bambi.

And of course..Bo Selecta is proper Bo!

I agree with the documentaries I love the shows on the National Geographic and Discovery, there are loads to choose from Mutter_Chops. I haven't got Sky Digital, I haven't heard of O'Reilly but I will look out for it.

I like watching the docu's but cant watch the nature ones, because for some reason they have to have always in their show - some animal being mauled to death.

Really Michelle, if you want a laugh then if you have a file share application then download an episode of Sealab2021. Its easily the funniest cartoon I have ever seen. Will go way over some people's heads though.

O'Reilly is only if you like watching a news show, where a guest comes on gives his point and then either gets praised for it or ripped apart. In the US, a lot of people wont go on there. They prefer to go on Larry King.

I do have to say though for a news programme, HardTalk on BBC News 24 is good.
