Is there anyone else out there who feels gutted that beefcake and all round nice guy Justin was evicted this week? My favourite from the start I told you all it would be the kiss of death for him...No one I back ever wins...darn!!

I thought Justin played and excellent game, the only consolation is that he gets to go and hang out with the other fab ex housemate Dana, and hopefully they can both snub pretty boy Nathan!

Please someone tell me how and why Alison is still hanging in there, she is a leech, a total manipulator and out right liar. What did the lovely Justin ever see in her??

Out of the contestants left in I think I would most like to see Jee or Jun win now.

Any thoughts...Anyone? ()^

With Jee as HoH AND PoV holder this week, consigning the HG's to PB+J for a week in the process, he's not exactly got people on his side. He's renewed his alliance with Robert, and thinks he has Jun on board as well - but he'll be on the block next week, unless Robert can win HoH.
Jun is swapping sides faster than people realise, aiming to get the best deal for herself, but also setting the others against her as they cannot rely on her doing as either side wants.
Alison is much the same, picking up on either side as she see's fit, trying to keep herself in the house. All in vain as she'll also be on the block again soon.
Jack and Erika vs Robert and Jee vs Alison and Jun, three pairs battling it out. One of the first pair has to go this week, most likely Erika, leaving Jack to muddle his way through another HoH contest and fight for survival. If I were putting money on this, I'd suggest Jack and Robert for the final two. The clever money would then suggest Jack as winner, Robert has upset too many of the people forming the jury.
I don't see Alison making the end, unless she wins HoH or PoV at vital moments. She'll vote for Erika this week, as will Robert and Jee. Jun may go for Jack, she does not quite trust him after last week's whispered promises.
Who knows though - anything can happen in this game!

Yes AJ100, I miss Justin - I wanted him to win too..

As long as Alison DOES NOT win, I will be happy who ever it is.

i find it interesting that on this board, Justin is a hunk, and Dana is loved.... very different on Jokers...

there, justin is considered a Neanderthal and Dana is psycho bitch from hell

personally, i think Justin is a hunk. and Dana is quite entertaining, even if she did get a little out of control when she was on the block

has anyone here noticed how evil Nathan looks... you stare in to his eyes, and the oh-so-loving-prettyboy looks just, well scary, like he'd chop your head off without thinking twice

jun is still my favorite HM, and i still say she's playing a great game. even as her alliance with Jee is made more and more obvious, the other HM, save ali, don't see it. odd

(btw, been a while since i've stopped by here. things around home are quite mad, actually, so haven't had the time to wander around much)

Hi Frustrated , how are you?

Your BB has been a bit funny this past week with all the goings on - HOH. vetos etc. But still enjoyable..

If you have any clout get Alison out ::lol:: ::lol:: She is nasty.

Hi rose

i'm doing ok. been rough actually, mum broke a rib, mum-in-law an arm, and my poor kitty has a rare condition we're trying hard to battle. been a bit rough around the homestead here.

and jokers has been overrun with fools, making it hard to enjoy my visits there. i've become more of a lurker than a contributor, but alas, not many seem to care

I agree, BB has been rather strange this past week. Actually, the whole season has. That's what happens when you overrun a house with mates who's egos are so large, and who's experience in life is so small

btw, we have our own version of Coupling coming this fall. is the show good and/or popular over there? i tried to watch an eppy or two on BBC America, but since i don't know the characters i lost interest quickly

and thanks for the well wishes.... they are much needed and appreciated.

we thought kitty had diabetes, but not responding to insulin

he had an ultrasound, and has enlarged liver, spleen and adnoids. pointing to a condition called acromegaly, which is a disorder of the growth hormone, caused by a tumor on the pituitary gland. if so, not much that can be done. side affect is increased blood sugar, which massive insulin doses can help control. but if it is a tumor, only option is radiation with horrid side effects

we have one more blood test to do to confirm what it is.

saddens me, to have to put him thru so much :(

oh it is so sad but please think about what is best for the kitty...

I lost my dog 6 years ago to a tumor on his shoulder..But I did not put him throught rad/cemo etc..Just could not - as you say the horrid side effects and they dont understand..So sad - my thoughts are with you and kitty

I had a horrid night last night re an abandon dog - he was left tied up and muzzled to a porta cabin down my Rd...He was there for 11 hours in total , but we were with him for 5 hours before a dog warden could be found.. We were SO mad that no one treated it as urgent...
The poor dog was SO SO scared...Anyway it went away safely to the pound and will be accessed etc and rehomed...

Some people are SO cruel..If for some reason you cannot keep your animal - just hand then in not abandon them...

that's why i won't put him thru radiation, rose. but i will keep giving him insulin. overall, he has few symptoms at this point, just a lot of drinking water and sticky urine. he's still one happy baby

Sorry to hear that fp

We found out last friday one of our dogs has cancer

He'd had a temperature for a few days and the vet thought he had a liver infection.. they took some blood but it didnt turn anything up so last friday we took him in for an x-ray which showed a lump, they opened him up and found he hd 2 tumours on his intestines, the vet called me and I had to make a decision of whether to put him to sleep or not but as the dogs are pauls I had to ask him, by the time he'd got himself together Shadow had come round and was running about, the vet said as long as he's not ill or suffering to take him home and spoil him.

Which we have - a week on you'd never know he was ill, he's running round, eating anything he likes and generally loving the attention...

People say it wouldve been kinder to have let him go then, but when they see him they understand why we didnt, he could go on for months yet! He may have to go on steriods but we dont know if we will do that or not yet we take him back tuesday to have his stitches out so we will decide then!

The other problem we have is that the other dog is lost without him, so we've separated them with a child stairgate thing between two of them so they can see each other but arent together all the time, so she gets used to sleeping on her own, I may bring her down here once she's on her own but she's so mental it may be more trouble than its worth!!
