a couple of weeks ago , he was jumping around the stage like a lunatic ... talk about cringeworthy TV .... i was embarassed for him .... and when he fell over at the end ..... pathetic

.....the novelty is beginiing to wear off

A music critic, very telling, mentioned on BBC3, last week, that he
sees himself as an "alternative act", with a band behind him, but
his record company (yes- he is signed), see him as teen-fodder.
.....oh dear, trouble in store, and loss of credibility for Peter, looms.

when he doing that "dance" that week ... the camera was panning to different sections of the crowd AND some of the other contestants ... some of them were looking on with a look of disbelief and thinly veiled cringes/embarrassment on their faces ..... i swear it could have been david brent up there ...

Makes me laugh, when the judges call him "fresh", "unique", etc, etc....
......he may be for a talent show, but out in the real world, where bands play at The Brixton Academy or The Shepherds Bush Empire, he'd get laughed off stage.

i thought their praise for him that nite was wayyyy over the top ... my spider senses were tingling ... maybe they know that his agency are going to get him some short term success .... so want that success to be linked to the show?
conspiracy stuff i know ..... hey maybe i am just not in tune with what the crazy kids of today "get down to" !

btw was anyone watching cd:uk Hotshots last nite? there was a rock band on first or second ... really good but didnt catch their name .... anyone got a list of the videos that were shown ... or a link to where i could find out?
