This looks very interesting. Each of the drama's are modren versions of one of Chaucer's stories: The Miller's Tale is the updated story tonight.

A great cast and will make me and a lot of viewer's want to read the original stories.

Enjoy!.

I'm looking forward to this. I heard that Billie Piper was surprisingly good in this.

These are very funny stories, Miller's Tale is my favourite but wonder how close they'll stick to the original tale ;)

I always meant to read Chaucer, but I remember watching Se7en and it put me off! Thought maybe it was something psychos read ::lol::
My bedroom cupboard's full of books I was always meaning to read.
Never seem to find the time nowdays....used to read when I couldn't sleep but now I have trouble keeping awake.

Maybe we could start a 'REALITY BOOK CLUB' we could start with the ' Miller's Tale'.

I have taped it, my mum wanted to watch BB2 and the building of the bridge. I love Chaucer! I think it would be great to start a reality book club. I have to say this year BBC have been plugging for people to read more with the voting of 100 best books. I hope this helps to encourage more people to explore other novelists and poets.

Billy Piper was bloody AWFUL, she's a terrible actress and still can't sing to save her life!

Otherwise I thought it was very good! ()^

Now the Book Club thing is a really good idea! But the C Tales are a bit tough to read, you'd need to get one of the study guides along with it

Has anyone heard of that internet thing where people 'leave' books they've read for others and the website tells you roughly where they are?
