Technical glitches have hit the Big Brother house.

The housemates were ordered into the girls bedroom after the diary room had to undergo emergancy repairs.

The problems started when Jade entered the diary room, but the voice of Big Brother could be heard around the rest of the house and not in the diary room itself.

Jade was also locked in the room for five minutes as the door would not automatically open.

The housemates were then told to go to the girls' bedroom, where they stayed for half an hour as the work was carried out.
