Leo looked a lot happier today Jezi. He seems to have got over what ever it was that was niggling him on Thursday/Friday.
Today in the staff room Gina told Richard he looked like he had come straight to work from a night on the town. He was not very happy with her remark and said: 'Ta very much' in a sarcastic tone of voice. Gina apologised at once and hugged him. Ugh!.
Of course, Richard, Terry and John think it is okay for them to make comments about any of the staff and it should be taken on the chin, but they are not very good at bieng on the recieving end.
The other day John was talking to Georgina in the staff room when he said out load so the rest of the staff heard him. ' Ooh look, Georgina has a moustach' then burst out laughing at his insensitivity towards her. I remember John was very fond of using this method with the girls on last years Salon.

How the hell can he moan about anyone being unprofessional when he was in his office with Terry the other day (whilst jorge was spray-tanning some bloke) ogling over Jorge's client on the CCTV and shouting for Jorge to get out of the way when the bloke pulled his pants off?

He had a go at Gina for telling someone the spa was closed, then he had another go at her AGAIN about it the NEXT DAY.....in FRONT of the whole staff.

I feel really sorry for Gina. And I'm starting to hate all of the others bar Jorge. What's their problems?
John said it's not for her to run the salon, but when Paul was there he said he wanted the receptionist to virtually run the salon
Poor girl is only doing her job and doesn't deserve the extent of the ticking off she got.
I'm sick of them all treating her like a leper. I can't help thinking I must have missed something really really really bad that she did to deserve the treatment she's getting

All the Salon staffl went for a on Thurday night, John must have known he was to appear on RI:SE but once again showed his lack of respect for himself/job by turning up intoxicated.
Kate and Iain said he was there to ditch the dirt about the goings on at the Salon.
Dougie, brought him to see Kitty to talk about the show. John, once again thought he 'Queen Bee'. He wasn't in the room 29 seconds when he said the F word. Kitty asked him about the conspiracy against Gina, he said there was NO!! conspiracy against her. Kitty said: ' sorry John, I was in the Salon on Monday and it is obvious Gina is being treated indifferently
by the rest of the staff'. John, taken aback by Kitty's observation said: 'well no one likes her'.

They had to go to an add break and when they returned John was no where to be seen. He was to be on the sofa for the last 15 minutes if the show for the phone-in, but there was no more mention of him.
I was busy getting my daughter of to school and dont know if Kate or Iain said where he had gone or why he had gone.
(1) He decided to finish the interview because he was 'rumbled',
(2) RI:SE asked him to leave because he was intoxecated and they couldn't be sure of his behavour.
(3) Channel4 got him taken of.
Whatever the reason, It is sweet justice for Gina.

The rest of the staff will have to face Gina on Sunday knowing their feelings about her have be made public by John......Jorg was right when he said there was a conspiracy against her.
The sly grins from Sarah and Goeorgina whenever John told Gina of was evidence enough of their contempt.
Yesterday lunch time, Terry, Sarah and Richard were sitting in the staff room when Gina entered and asked one of them to make tea for a client because John had told her not to leave the reception, when she walked out, Sarah's smirk and glance at Terry would leave no one in any doubt about their feelings towards her.
You're right about the double standards practised by John. IMHO. He seems to be jealous of Gina's achievments and tried to undermine her ability to run the Salon in a more professional manner then he ever could.

Paul told Gina she was in charge of the Salon....If he returns on Sunday, he should show his support for Gina, if he doesn't, Gina should walk out.

Yeah I aggree if Paul doesn't sort it then she should walk, (I probably would) but then again, I think she can handle it..maybe she should stay and stick it out to show she's far better than them. It doesn't really matter what Paul does, if they don't like her then whatever he does won't help.
Why do they hate her? She hasn't back-stabbed anyone. She's not a 2-faced big flirt, she's always nice! I think maybe that's why they hate her because she's near-perfect. She probably makes them all feel like bitches (which most of them are). I know you don't have to like someone, but there is usually a good reason if you don't. And if you don't know why you don't like someone, you don't necessarily have to sit around and bitch about them or try to make them feel awkward. I'm gonna try to apply for an appointment so I can tell them what I think of them! They make me soooo mad

Paul is back!, and unfortunately for Gina, so is John.
Paul did make a reference to Gina about the reception, he acknowledged her job was difficult and the receptionist is always an easy target, (Not good enough in my book). He should've made it plain to the rest of the staff the job description he gave to on her first day!.
Because John is back there are too many stylists. That being the case, John, Richard and Leo will now go head to head in a phone/text/email vote this week. One of them will go this Thusday, if there is any justice that person will be John.

I used to love John but I've gone right off him now.... imagine sitting there and telling her he thought she was a f**king bitch! I thought she took it very well, I'd have broken down if someone said that to me.

Me too. Now apparently Terry has apologised to her saying he knows she didn't write the diary.....I think it's more likely that he's been reading the forums and also that Paul is back. he's a sneaky creep i think.

Does anyone have any idea who DID write that journal?
