BB FANS

Out of the 1000's of sat tv channels I can receive there are a number of Russian channels so I was wondering which channel was broadcasting the show ?
If you look further down the topics in this section you'll see the original post by Eejay / Eddy Bites with the link to the homepage with the free webfeed.

I'm not limited to the stronger signals as with a 1.7 Metre dish with a very low noise lnb I can resolve quite a few of the weaker signals even digital ones.

Anybody know Russian ?
All ideas gratefully received and researched.

- Have you checked out the US sites as they sometimes carry this sort of information? Let me know if you need any links.

- I think that Digital Spy might be able to help. Ask for help on the 'DSatellite' Forum, as well as on the Big Brother Forum, I'm almost certain that you'll be offered some advice there.

OK after some research around some US based sites I beleive I have the answer.

Also I found an interesting site with links to camera feeds from other shows.

I know the link for the Latvian show which looks like a fame acadamy going by the translation from Google is live. Also the Danish BB ling is still live.

Back to the plot..... The channel is 'Perviy Kanal' which is the Russian first channel. It can be viewed live on the net from

Though the server seems to be at capacity.

Sat transmissions listed are at 36 East in KU band encrypted in Viaccess 2.
Analogue transmissions on C-Band are on sats at 40 East ,14 East and 11East in Secam.

Now the Perviy Kanal I found on Hotbird 2 (13 East 11938 MHZ 27500 3/4) is part of the RTV International package and is one of the free channels. On it's homepage http://www.firstchannel.tv it gives the area as Moscow and St. Petersburg (GMT+3). But I don't know if the programming is the same.

I'll have to keep watching to see if anything BB appears. Also if I can find a time when their server has less load then I'll try connecting to the other First Channel.
