OK after some research around some US based sites I beleive I have the answer.
Also I found an interesting site with links to camera feeds from other shows.
http://bigbrother.s5.com
I know the link for the Latvian show which looks like a fame acadamy going by the translation from Google is live. Also the Danish BB ling is still live.
Back to the plot..... The channel is 'Perviy Kanal' which is the Russian first channel. It can be viewed live on the net from
http://www.lyngsat.com/livetv/russian.shtml
Though the server seems to be at capacity.
Sat transmissions listed are at 36 East in KU band encrypted in Viaccess 2.
Analogue transmissions on C-Band are on sats at 40 East ,14 East and 11East in Secam.
Now the Perviy Kanal I found on Hotbird 2 (13 East 11938 MHZ 27500 3/4) is part of the RTV International package and is one of the free channels. On it's homepage
http://www.firstchannel.tv it gives the area as Moscow and St. Petersburg (GMT+3). But I don't know if the programming is the same.
I'll have to keep watching to see if anything BB appears. Also if I can find a time when their server has less load then I'll try connecting to the other First Channel.
