Spencer has come face to face with former Big Brother housemate Helen.

They were guests on GMTV.

Helen, who is now living with Paul after meeting him on the show, tipped Sophie to be the next to be evicted.

She said she expected Sophie and Alex to be nominated this week but Alex to survive again.

"She's a bit quiet since Lee left, since her love interest has gone. She hasn't really connected with anyone else," said Helen.
