She has previously admitted she "runs like an idiot".

She was forced to walk for most of the time while trying out the treadmill.

Jade briefly broke into a jog before returning to walking pace.

She managed 17-and-a-half minutes in all.

But that only used up 169 calories, the equivalent of less than a packet of peanuts or a bag of crisps.
