Car crash tv at its worst. I've been watching a bit of it and I find it very disturbing. They've just all been ripped to shreds by some performance coach when they are already very low. I think this show is a step too far.

I thought the show was to see how long a person can go without sleep :-?
This is not testing their ability to stay awake. They are getting outside stimulation, they should have been left to their own devices, maybe then we would have seen some 'real' side effects you could suffer if you had to stay awake for what ever reason. I was also disappointed to see they had already been awake for 39 hours before the show started. Now we have a bunch of screaming kids in there making it look like 'play school'. The victims of this crash, Poetic Justice. Are paying the high cost of their 'dignity' for fame and fourtune, and are about to join the the 'Fame And Fortune Club' of reality TV Contestents. :oops:

They are going to bloody sleep, this isnt a show. Its supposed to be about staying up for the longest.

What a cop out. Shame on Channel 4 and E4.

Yep, they are asleep. Well that puts an end to what could have been a good show. Biggest farce of the year and its only bloody January. :evil:

My understanding is that it's a show about coping with sleep deprivation and what can happen. Letting them have an hour and a half sleep a day is still very much sleep deprivation. I certainly couldn't survive on that.

I have been watching but not sure and this.

I think the elimination contests are good though.
I don't see why they couldn't do this sort of thing in BB with dermot going in the same way. maybe the winner could be exempt from eviction and the loser up for eviction....t least then there would be some sort of skill involved.
