Having watched with interest for the last few years all the developing stories that have just been written off, I find it hard to get interested.

Why have they got rid of Mark Fowler? this is a topical story and I wanted to see how it developed? HIV is on the increase and I want to see how the family cope, why get rid of him?

Why has Billy changed from a child beater to a pussy? did he get therapy.
He used to beat Jamie? Doesn't little Mo know?

This is what annnoys me about these too Cruelle ....the same thing happens in Coranation Street..

They take an issue and do it to death and then just drop it..the story line that sticks in my mind was that of Tracey Barlow's Kidney Transplant..apparently dyeing ..Deidre's husband gave her a kidney,( what are the chances of that happening ) himself dyeing in the process, since then Tracey has been in and out of the series, with never a mention of any health problems or hospital visits

All the xmas telly was pretty crap this year....especially Eastenders. Used to wish for kat and Alfie to get together but now I can't stand her constant whinging and his goldfish mouth thing he does, and the way they both fake laugh at EVERYTHING (when they ain't whinging or doing the goldfish mouth).

the quality of acting, is pretty attocious.
The younger cast members, are particularily poor.

Coronation St. and Emmerdale,
are miles head.
Marlon's grief striken schenes in Emmerdale were handled brilliantly, and the Corrie youngsters ,must be wondering how their Eastend rivals, ever got jobs!

I know Eastenders acting isn't good, but Emmerdale has gotta be the worst IMO. That's why I can't watch it...I've tried cos my mum's always watching it at her house. I don't know their names but there was this bloke the other day talking about turning off someone's life support machine...it's gotta be the worst acting I ever saw on telly in my whole life. Think it was supposed to be really sad but I had to laugh.
