Jennie Bond has won her first TV presenting role since emerging as runner-up from the I'm A Celebrity jungle.

Her new assignment will see her interviewing film stars. The former BBC royal correspondent will cover the Bafta awards on Sunday for the digital entertainment channel E!

Viewers will see her interview the stars on the red carpet from 4.30pm as they arrive in Leicester Square.

This is from 'This Is London'. No Link.

Londoner's Diary.......Evening Standard. No Link! Friday the 13 Feb 2004.

Bye-Bye Brocket.

Perhaps Lord Brocket wishes he had stayed in Australia. The IAC peer has been humiliatingly rebuffed by the london Speaker Bureau
after he went to them hoping to make a mint on the after-dinner circuit.

'I dont quite understand how the board of Goldman Sachs or BP would benefit from learning about undoing Jordan's bra' Tom Kenyon-Slaney, Director ot the London Speaker's Bureau, tells me.

'Perhaps he does have a future telling dealers about valuations for classic cars.' he adds, referring ti his time spent in prison serving half of a 5 year jail sentence for a £4.5 Million insurance scam.

In contrast: Brocket's jungle rival Jennie Bond could well have the last laugh since she has a successful track record as a 'regal' conference presenter.
