I've not watched the salon - well Ive seen about 2 episodes of it!

Can someone tell me is it a salon that was already there and they stuck some cameras in it and filmed it!

Was it purposely built with the intention of filming a series around it?

Everyone's on about it being over - is it closed now or has the tv program just ended?

Hi Obo - as far as I know it was purpose built, and now that the show is over, the chances are it'll be taken apart. Sad eh?

Thanks cam... I've been puzzling over it since it was announced it was closing...I just assumed it was a well known salon (so well known I'd never heard of it in sunny weston-super-mare) and they'd stuck some cameras in it!

Seems a shame it will be pulled down, then again look at the bb house!

I agree! The difference is, The Salon was upstairs in the Trocadero so something will take its place no doubt - I hate to think of the BBHouse being demolished! Saddo that I am!

Yes it was purpose built in the Troccadero (sp?) centre in London and as cameron said it will likely be taken out

I hope they do another show, even if it is with another group of people.They could do a 'where are they now' on this years staff. We cant be left not knowing what happens to them, how their career's have progressed, have they stayed with hairdressing..... That s why it is great with Cam and Ray joining BBfans, we can see they are okay, getting on with their lifes. Meeting warm friendly BB fans on the internet, I'm sure it makes Cameron and Ray feel good knowing their participation in BB was enjoyed by Millions of people.

It certainly seems to have prompted a bit of discussion!!!

the salon was great fun,over 7.000 clients came through the door so its said.cameron being one of them there are some good sites up and running,for terry,john,leo and gina.terry has just begun keeping a diary so thats official site.its good to know how folk are getting along.salon forums are still on ch 4 site,but i dont think there has been any input from staff as yet.go to terrylongden.litman.co.uk/forum if your interested.xxxxxxxxgran
