This is the second day now I have been having difficulties accessing the site. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this as well????

It's running on a server that was only meant to power personal sites with a small(ish) number of visitors. It doesn't have the capacity for a large influx of people all at one time. We gotta be gentle with it !!!

Me too! Dont worry, the server is prolly down, or you might be getting more traffic than you can handle-if its traffic then you might have to get hosted elsewhere :D

Well, it's poor show when people like me, a moderator (<-which basically means I am equivalent to royalty now), cannot access the site they are supposed to be bloody moderating. I mean, what is the point in that???

Well if you have a spare few quid you could always look at sorting out another server to host it!

Don't be foolish-I am a bunny and I have not a clue about servers, computers, anything technical. In fact, it is difficult enough to try and use a keyboard when you see the size of my paws. And another thing, bunnies don't have money. That is a fact.

:8o: Calm down kids. This forum script is a beast. Each page takes around 15 database queries to build it + compression before it is sent you. Most people will be running PC's 10 times more powerful than this server that is expected to withstand hundreds of queries every minute.

If anyone else wants to provide a new server then I will take any Sun Solaris server . Until then I'm stuck with this RaQ3 server! (It's a cute blue, I like it )

So reports that rabbit's had nibbled through the underground cable that connects the server to the 'net were not as true as some of us may have liked them to have been...

I can think of better things to nibble on and plastic cables don't feature in my list.
